This was the best experience I have had at Subway....EVER! I stopped buying there because my last visit two years ago was not good...one staff working the entire store and was overwhelmed. Anyway...decided to try again and glad I did. There were three staff out front. My order was perfect and they were very pleasant. I am a senior citizen and asked for my discount and the gentleman was so kind in his response it made me feel respected instead of "entitled". Thank you so much for that and I will definitely be coming back!!!
So, on the day that my son and I went in, full blown lunch hour, there were probably 6 young men running the show, clearly training at least 1 fellow, people consistently coming through the door, and these guys never broke a sweat!! They were hoping!! Never missed a beat. My son and I decided that if/when we go to Subway again, it will definitely be the Palmer branch. Great job fellas!!
Good food and service. Could tell the employees were new, but all was good.
Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order after the time they said it would be ready. App said the order was ready but when we showed up, nothing had been done. They said they would get it done immediately but still waited another 25 minutes. New employees but still disappointed that I spent my entire lunch break waiting. They seem to be struggling today.
