I enjoyed my combination beef taco and cheese enchilada plate. Salsa comes in two flavor, mild and spicy, with chips for each table. Spicy was too spicy for me. Our water was very nice and the restaurant was moderately busy.
Delicious food, free chips and salsa, good portions, good prices, friendly staff, and fun environment. We love our visit here!
The food was good, restaurant was clean, all the diners were seated far enough apart that with the pandemic/masking/social distancing guidelines we felt comfortable & the wait staff was pleasant & attentive without being overly intrusive. Our food was served in a short amount of time so the only waiting we did was our own socializing. Will definitely be returning!
I'm an annoying eater, vegetarian mostly and have a shellfish allergy. It sucks having to ask so many random questions about the deep fryer, grill etc. so that there isn't any cross contamination. Not only was my allergy directly on my receipt but I heard them voice it in the kitchen. On top of that I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas and they were freaking incredible, soo good. The person who seemed to be the owner was even in there hanging out, and what a cool guy. I highly recommend this place and will visit again pronto when I'm back in Palmer, AK.
Vegetarian/vegan peeps! The server was amazing, the food was super delicious. My wife and I are both vegetarian/vegan and the server gave us 4 different options and addressed the options that were vegan and vegetarian. We ate like kings , it was so delicious. By the way we got the vegetarian burrito with no rice (it has chicken stock) and whole beans (refried has lard in them) and than we got the fajitas with no rice. The fajitas are a must! Both together were super filling and we also got to take home.
You wouldn’t think you would find good Mexican food in Alaska but La Fiesta is a hidden gem. Our waiter (can’t remember his name) was incredibly kind, attentive and the perfect amount of talkative.
The food was delicious/flavorful came out fast and hot, we are now going to be frequent customers here!
