Food was fast and hot and service was friendly but there was an angry patron who cursed at the cashier, threw something at her and broke a piece of the register in the process. She handled herself well, and when the angry patron left, she kept on with her work. I didn't catch her name, but kudos to her.
There was also a mentally unwell man outside of the establishment yelling and hitting road signs as we pulled in. We're not local and chose this as an easy spot to pull off before hitting I-4 to meet friends. The food and service are solid, the angry patron and mentally unstable man made me feel a bit unsafe, not a spot I'd recommend for out of town folks.
The management team is great if it's not to busy, they gladly go the extra mile and give you the service that you deserve. Rather it be horrible or wonderful service they still give you a wonderful experience.
There was several groups of children there from a local high school. Do, it’s a safe place for children to hangout after school. I spoke with one of the high schooler and he agreed.
I ordered an egg mcmuffin meal, as did the customer after me (he only wanted the sandwich), and the manager gave my sandwich to the gentleman behind me, having me wait another 10 mins before heading to work! 🤦♀️
This is a rare McDonald's for sure. I have never once had an order messed up at the drive-through and the employees are always extremely nice! I didn't give the food 5 stars only because...well... it's McDonald's, but definitely not the fault of the employees at this location. Management should be proud of this location, because they are probably the best in Central FL IMHO
This is the best McDonald's in town . Gore St McDonald's fries and sweet tea is the best in orlando . I will drive 20 minutes for this McDonald's.
Nice restaurant, very clean but the wait time can be long if you're going inside. The customer service is pretty good. The food sometimes isn't as warm as it should be
Food was real good and hot and service was excellent. Really nice and clean new set up love the charger ports thank you so much the residents of that side of obt thanks keep up the good work I would love a job. Or a coupon or something just to keep coming BK lol great food nice and clean
