My wife, cousin and I came to this location after a bad experience in another B.R. at International Dr. But in this amazing location at Vinland Rd Jennifer and Barbara treat us like family!!! You rock! Big shout out to you and your team! Thank you for representing what real customer service is. Baskin•Robbins, you are in good hands with this team!!
The lady with the short haircut is awesome. If you are looking for an amazingly rich ice cream-coffee shake, get the cappuccino blast with some form of coffee ice cream. This location knows how to make them.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Cakes were good too.

Excellent customer service! Ivelisse was very friendly and went out of her way to make the whole family feel welcome. She was very patient with kids and seemed to "care". Very rare in this area.

I love baskin Robbins so I was super excited to go. However it's connect to/part of a dunkin donuts which was definitely more popular so it took a while to get staffs attention on the baskin Robbins side.
Donuts were very fresh. Bagel was toasted just right and was fresh. Coffee was good. Service was quick
