The guy was there by himself. Running behind on mobile orders with people waiting to place orders. But, it was the best sub I've had from Subway in quite some time. He did not get flustered and made our 4 subs like the sandwich artist he is. What a great worker you have here. Too bad he has to deal with so much stress from customers because of the wait. Everyone tonight waited patiently and gave him time to do his job. Unfortunately, you'll probably lose this employee. Like so many before that were good, they can find good work elsewhere with an employer that cares. Get these guys some late night help. Just think, you might double the number of subs that are made per hour if you do. This has been an issue for subway for many years. 30 years ago it didn't seem to be the case and stores were open until midnight or later. What happened?
Kudos to the subway artist that made our subs tonight. I appreciate him taking his time and doing it right.
After a long day of working in the hot sun, I was exhausted and feeling indecisive. I noticed a Subway on my way home and thought it would be a good option of a to-go meal. As I walked up I could see a young man dutifully cleaning the equipment behind the line. That was the first thing that impressed me. When I walked in, he pleasantly greeted me and then was especially patient and accommodating as I struggled to make up my mind about my sub choice. He was patient and kind has he answered my many questions. He made my sub as I requested and even made some suggestions along the way. The transaction was handled smoothly and he asked me to visit again.😊
I was very impressed with his customer service and the overall experience, considering also, it was later in the evening. I decided to ask his name on my way out. "Donovan," he said.
I am not one to usually bother with leaving a review on websites but I felt like Donovan deserved it. I hope someone in charge delivers this message and tells him thank you for me.
Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and had my order ready without issues. Definitely worth preordering online if you can. It's super convenient and fast. Thanks again Subway peeps!
Update***I have since started visiting almost every day during the week for lunch. Lol so easy to order online and just have it ready for pick up. Game changer 🤯
First time here. It was very clean, and staff was great.
We eat at this subway all the time and yesterday was the first time we had any issues with our order. Wrong bread, no cheese, added toppings we did not want and could not eat and so on… I called this morning and the manager is absolutely amazing and got everything sorted out for us. I will 100% keep ordering from this subway. The people are amazing and on the slightest possibility there’s an issue, Don, the manager, will be so willing to help! She’s so awesome! Thank you subway!
Very clean store, food was actually fresh, cookies soft, and bread. Great work.
I love their Italian BMT foot long subs. However; during my last visit, the store only had 1 employee working and I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get served. Even using their app to place an order and pickup would not have helped in this case.
Awesome subway. Walked in, I was greeted by staff. Made my sandwich. She was super polite, offered me a cookie for 11 cents more. Overall positive and quick experience.
The best customer service with Jeremy Corp! Very friendly and professional! And my Chicken, bacon ranch sub was phenomenal!!! Thank you Jeremy!!! Subway should be very thankful to have you as an employee!!!
My experience was exceptional the food was prepared to my satisfaction. Very clean store, atmosphere was great, I will return again.
