Excellent staff and food. Our waitress Kathy was amazing she made it sure that everything was correct and let it checking in us. She was very polite and nice.
Amazing amazing amazing place for breakfast and the service is really good. The food arrived on time. I really recommend for those wants to have a typical American breakfast paying cheaper.
The food was 5 star. This location has always had good food and service, I would've given it 5 stars, but the facility itself needs to close for 48 hours and clean every single thing in the building. Complete detail, front to back, top to bottom. The guys in the kitchen were quick and the food could not have been any better. The server was just as nice and accommodating as a human can be, my only suggestion, and it's a strong one, close for a day or two and clean everything in that building

Really like the food from this IHOP. And the customer service was really good. I didn't ask for her name but she is the Puerto Rican girl and her dad is Dominican lol we had a nice conversation.

My server tonight was great. I asked for sirloin salisbury steak but they were out so she recommended sirloin tips and it was delicious. She is new to this IHOP and the conversation and service she provided was great. Her name is Guelianys I'm not sure if I wrote her name right but if I didn't I'm sorry. I also wanted to say happy birthday her birthday is Monday.. 🎂🎂🎂
Veterans Day: 9am place packed. Waited 40min to be seated. Waited another 20m to be setved. I didn't mind because the staff was friendly hospitable professional and knowledgeable. The food was good except for the eggs. I ordered over medium I got over easy waterery runny... I eat it anyway. Otherwise all was well. I think the delay in seating had more to do with customers not leaving after they finished their meals. By the way the app was down. But IHOP compensated by adding 5 pancoins. Excellent place for family friends. IHOP is very organized. I've been going there for many years and I intend to continue. Thank you IHOP and the wonderful staff including "Sweet T".
Folks please don't forget to tip. This lets the waiter and or waitress that you had a good experience and you're grateful 🌞
Always amazing and outstanding customer service .. My server was Sweet T. She was so nice, she make you feel comfortable. She went above and beyond to please every little detail. Sweet T made our day a happier one.. Thanks girl and never loose that energy, we loved it!!!

On the upside... very happy to see that much of the IHOP menu has changed to improve the food quality. No longer the use of High Fructose Corn Syrup and other improvements. It's everything we have come to expect from this restaurant of childhood memories but with an improved health twist.
On the downside... the profit margins must be a challenge for this restaurant chain, it would seem. Staff was attentive but clearly understaffed. And the building is feeling dated, I am afraid.
We had a wonderful experience this afternoon! We were able to be seated quickly, orders taken in a timely manner, and food came fast. Everything tasted good, but I will say the crispy breakfast potatoes could've been cooked a bit longer. Overall great experience for a great price. P.S. Place was very clean

Stopped in this morning to fill my belly and kill some time. Anthony was very friendly and professional. My waffle was excellent and had the right amount of crispies around the edge. So nice to see some holiday decorations and relaxing music. Great job to the staff 👏
