For the three times three that we went to Orlando, we choose these restaurant for our meals, we just love It!
Every time I come to this location there's always a longer wait time than others I have ordered food from. The point of coming to a fast food restaurant for me is to save on time which usually doesn't happen when I come here. Food was good and so was the service.
one of the cleanest McDonald’s in the area! it’s very sleek and modern. there are 4 kiosks to order from in addition to 2 registers, however, not all of the kiosks are usually working and not all the registers are usually open at the same time. there are also 2 drive-thru lanes and a few parking spots around the restaurant. the seating inside is nice- there are booths, tables, and high-tops with charging ports. i went for an early morning breakfast and had the Crispy Chicken McGriddle. The griddle was sweet and paired well with the savory, crispy chicken. The crispy chicken was about double the size of the griddle though. Not a fan of their hash brown, usually too oily so i wish they’d have fries available during the breakfast hours.
This McDonalds was great. The best tasting fries and nuggets I’ve had from a McDonald’s in a long time. Service was fast and friendly. Window worked apologized for the leaking soda. Got a purple boo bucket and the lady wasn’t annoyed when I asked what colors they had.
Even though McDonald's isn't the healthiest choice when it comes to food or even fast food period. But as much as I tried to avoid McDonald's and stay away from it bc I feel that half of the worlds population is either addicted to it by choice or by habit. Well the population that has access to Ronald McDonald's edible d°pe spends $$$ blindly, and the useful McDonald's app happens to make it so much more convenient, fast and fun TBH.
I'm guilty, I happen to break my promise to myself and have recently been visiting a McDonald's at least 2-3 times a week. This particular location was clean, the staff was very helpful and perky. The food was mad decent as you would expect from any McDonald's location that has a decent staff. I would definitely visit this McDonald's location again. Just thinking about it makes me want McDonald's right now and it's 12;58AM.
It was really clean even though it was super busy! Food came out and they didn’t say our number so we don’t know how long it was waiting before we came up and saw the bag.
Great location!!! Especially for a weekend. The lines were a bit long, but the workers work very hard and multitask a lot, and a great alternative to the other location on sand lake, both are double storied!!
I was just there tonight at 12:40am on July 2nd 2023, and the cashier is the sweetest lady I've ever seen at a McDonald's or pretty much anywhere. Almost wanted to go back just to talk.

I was on my way home to Pinellas Co. from a very long weekend in Orlando ... It was LATE night ... ~3am ... I had a LONG (100+ mi) drive ahead and I was running on fumes .... I was hungry and needed food before I drove home 🏡
Just for context ... I had JUST visited the giant McD's on INTERNATIONAL Dr. down the street who TURNED ME AWAY ... They refused to take my card AND work with the App for my deal/points .... They told me to go to the Doctor Phillips store .... So I was already NOT a happy camper 😭
.... The night manager here at THIS McD's in Doctor Phillips was AWESOME .... He took the time to listen to me, understand exactly what I was asking for in my order, as it was special request, made my special request PERFECTLY at 3am, and made sure I was totally happy before I left for home so I could tackle the task ahead.
I ordered a DAILY DOUBLE 🍔, Mc Chicken 🍗, & a large Fries 🍟. Everything was FRESH MADE and exactly as I ordered it. 💯%
I made a McGangBang out of the sandwiches and ate the fries .... Gave my service dog 🐕🦺 OREO the extra buns .... and was able to make it home.

You've EARNED my loyalty thru EXCELLENT customer service ... YOU made it worth it for me to drive up there from the Hyatt Regency before I went home. The next time I'm in Orlando for THE FAMILY CAFE' conference .... I WILL BE BACK. 😎👍💯

Best service I've seen in years at any restaurant and really didn't expect it at a McD, but credit where credit is due.
