I have to give a round of applause to the general manager miss Rose on John Young Parkway. When I say, this is the only Little Caesars I would go to. This lady was so professional, and so polite from the moment she picked up the phone. I place the order online & called to make special requests because I suffer from my stomach disorder of acid reflex, I was only requesting light sauce, but when she answered the phone, she took the moment to understand my illness and make sure she had my order exactly how I ask I experience a completely different situation with the Old Winter Garden location, but Miss Rose on John Young has really made my day great customer service she is the face of Little Caesars and she holds it very well and with pride I am a very, very, very happy customer. Will see you guys soon once again thank you so much, Miss Rose FYI I see why she’s the general manager. She deserves it and more.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💪🏽
Great pizza place, its cheap but you get what you pay for. I love love love the deep dish combo they do with the drink. Make sure you get the pepperonis. Kind of hard to eat while wearing a cpap machine though. In conclusion, great pizza! Would definitely come back.
I can't believe the service I received at Little Caesars. The clerk was nice, friendly and very professional. I didn't know what I wanted or kind of pizza and she was very patient with me while assisting other customers. Wish I had got her name.
I’ve been to this Little Caesars location in the past, but I must say the renovation and customer service are now stellar. I was so impressed by the young lady, Shamika, that I had to come on here & write a Google review. She immediately me upon entering even as she was completing another order. Excellent manners & made sure I got what was requested & asked if anything else was needed. I will be returning just b/c of her.
Best pizza value, period. Their deep dish pizza is my favorite in town, seriously. Order it fresh rather that "hot and ready" and you'll see what I mean!

Love them. They make my food fresh every time I come so I don't mind the 10 minutes wait. The workers are all polite and kind. I have no problems here at all. I come at least 2 times a week.
Picked up my order and it wasnt right but luckily a worker nearby fixed the problem. I appreciate their timeliness to correct the issue. They were nice and pleasant and the rest of the items were ready to go, I just needed another cheese pizza and they were able to provide that immediately. Thank you!
It was busy in this store but, when the line got very long more cashiers came up front. After that the line moved very quickly! The $5 pizza was really ready right away just like the commercials say. Great price and it was delicious.
