My experience has been good each times whenever in town visiting son at UCF. Can’t say much other than my expectations are met here.

i wanted to update my review. today crystal took such attentive and patient care of my group ordering today!! if she isn’t in a position to train others or not a manager, she needs to be one! great customer service from her. i was very impressed

I was having some issues with the online ordering and the manager (a blonde lady) helped me get my order quickly and even gave me some extra tenders for my trouble. She's a rock star!
I. LOVE. ZAXBYS. And now I passed on my addiction to my family. Anytime any of us travel, we always Google the closest zaxbys, and if able, bring zaxby sauce home for everyone else.
Thku for the delicious salad. I like the decorative signs. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
Zaza was just the sweetest, she was so pleasant and was just about the kindest person I’ve met. She made my experience great!
I visited this location on business and required a receipt for reimbursements. Unfortunately, they were out of receipt paper for the night (2 hours before closing). So I had to call the location on a later date to retrieve my receipt through email. Luckily, the general manager handled my situation. She was so helpful and kind! Great customer service!
One of the best chicken in town, and with their Texas roast with butter, you have a winner!
Desirya was a great young lady. So great she got my wife hooked on the double choc chip cookies 🍪 guess I’ll be adding one more thing every time I go now. This store has taken a turn for the good chicken has been way more fresh👍
Great location, always fresh and accurate with my order. Wings and things is my go to order the sweet and spicy sauce is so good. Drive thru can get long at times but they keep it moving and the employees are nice. Definitely recommend this location, will be back for the delicious chicken.
