The service from Andrene was wonderful, she was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus she was amazing with our daughters that they wanted to give her hugs before we left! The food was delicious and the prices are very reasonable. We are already planning our next trip back.

Was wary of coming here because of all the terrible reviews, so I'm not sure if I just got lucky, if the restaurant has improved, or if everyone else is super critical. I bought a Groupon for 4 people and we ordered four large dishes that each came with 3 sides: ribs, brisket, jerk chicken, and curry chicken. The ribs were great, the brisket was mediocre, the jerk chicken was good, and the curried chicken was okay. We enjoyed the fries, potato salad, baked beans, Mac n cheese, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, and rice with peas. The coleslaw was a little worse than average and I was sad plantains ran out. Overall for those two drinks, 4 LARGE dishes, and 12 sides the cost was $42 after tax. The we tipped $9 and change. For 4 people we all seemed to agree that the price was reasonable and there's a high chance we will return. Our server was nice and we didn't notice a long wait, just an average amount of time. The four of us ended up taking two full boxes of leftovers home. I would recommend the ribs the most. Hopefully this place gets more traffic because it really isn't a bad place to eat at!
$6.99 lunch special much better than expected. Mac and cheese tasted like homemade, fried okra was great, barbecue chicken was very good, tasted like it was smoked. Friendly service. Will be going back.
Just found this place near my home. I've only been once, hence I have only tried one dish, but I was impressed. The place is not fancy, but clean and nice. The prices are not high, but the food is good and fresh. They have breakfast food and lunch and diner. Everything from eggs and bacon, burgers and barbeque, and some island specialties to appeal to the local community. The place has a full bar with it's own seating. Very nice so far!
I've been going to Oleys over ten-years. The food is good absolutey deliouse and the food is presented with precision. One of my recommendation Fried Catfish dinner with Collard Greens, Mac Cheese and Potato Salad. Tell the great cook Marvin that puts his heart in cooking all the food, Ms. Jackson says hi.
