Service was Amazing!!! Exactly how service is supposed to be. All the proper etiquette. Wow! Food was generous and tasty!
I got a seaweed salad, spring rolls, and the vegetarian sushi roll. Everything was good and I will be going back!
Not your typical Chinese restaurant. Cool trendy atmosphere with an intimate setting. The staff are super firendly and helpful, the food is flavorful and creative. The Singapore Rice Noodle is one of my favorites. The 5 flavor chicken is excellent but I am always hunting for chicken. Their Sushi is surprisingly good.
Wonderful!. I have eaten here twice and both experiences were wonderful. The Moo Goo Gai Pan ($8.75) and Won Ton Soup ($1.50) are the best I have ever eaten. The assorted appetizer platter ($5.95) is also delicious. The servers are always very friendly and nice. It is a very small place, but I like that about it. Definitely will continue to go back!
We found China in College Park one Saturday night when we weren’t sure which of the two we were craving. We ended up ordering our entire meal off the sushi menu. First of all, as soon as we sat down we were immediately greeted by our server. She also came bearing gifts- a bowl of crispy wonton noodles and a small saucer of sweet and sour sauce . She also helped us navigate through the sushi menu as we made our choices. We ordered garden salads which to me are the same in most Chinese restaurants. Iceberg lettuce, carrots and a very small dollop of ginger dressing. Always pretty boring. However, I love the ginger dressing so I always love to order it. Simple. My dining companion Chad is slowly learning to like sushi. He steers away from the rolls of raw fish b
We love China in college Park. There sushi is great. They deliver. There noodle bowls are good, love that they give you extra herbs to add yourself. And the staff are always super friendly. Hubby loved his bento box. And my Shrimp noodle bowl was so big, I couldn't finish.
Great place for Sushi Rolls and very affordable. We ordered 4 Rolls and the bill was only $36.00. They were very tasty...
TLDR: China Hut College Park has some of the best tasting and best quality Chinese takeout in Orlando.
The above TLDR is a good summary, but let's get into the details for this review.
What I ordered:
- Crab Rangoon
- Pan Fried Pork Dumplings
- General Tso's Large Extra Spicy
- Pork Fried Rice
My full bellied thoughts:
The Crab Rangoon was the wonton wrap and not a triangle, which makes it better than a lot of places. It was fried well, and the filling was tasty.
The Dumplings were flavorful on their own, but in my opinion, a dumping is best when soaked in the dumpling sauce. Unfortunately, this dumpling sauce was mostly soy. So the dumplings became overly salty when properly dipped. I would have liked to see more flavor in the sauce, but the dumplings did well enough on their own.
The General Tso's was nearly perfect and was actually spicy. As a white guy, I'm used to Asian restaurants not believing how spicy I like my food, even when I order extra spicy. This time, the food had a real kick to it. It could have used a bit more spice, but since I haven't found a spicy Tso's takeout, I can absolutely work with this. As a side note, the broccoli in the dish was not covered in sauce so it was enjoyable on its own with a hint of the sauce.
Finally the Pork Fried Rice was simply delicious. I'm not a fan of the yellow fried rice that is prevalent in Orlando, so when I realized it wasn't yellow rice, I was excited. The rice could have been slightly more fried, but I really have no complaints here, it's good rice.
Overall, the food felt fresh and of a good quality. I'll definitely be going back
Food and drinks are delicious! Been here a few times! Never be disappointed :)
This is my first time here. Food is great.
I love this place! 10/10 the food is always great and highly recommended.
Our server was great and attentive to us.
I been eating here almost 3 years, it’s the first time I receive a serve after my dinner, they asked how was it, will us recommend to our friend and family, of course YES! I can feel how It's important for then to meet their expectations and provide us with a positive experience. They are new owner and very take care of us.
Awesome sushi. I have tried every roll. Love it. Thanks guys. 😊
China in College Park (China Hut College Park) is my go-to restaurant for sushi rolls. They have a vast selection with fair pricing. I have regrettably not explored much of their menu outside of sushi, but I am planning on changing that next time. Each person there is pleasant to interact with.
The cashier was so friendly then the one from last month. They just renovated with white paint wall and stone, much brighter then before. I saw the cashier sanitize after each customer in and out, very important during the pandemic. Will definitely come again and continue to support them during this difficult time!
China Hut of College Park never fails to impress! We have ordered multiple times for delivery and not only is the food delivered faster than the time estimate given but always delicious! We have ordered everything from spring rolls to General Tao tofu to Sushi. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, even with our large and sometimes complicated orders. If you have yet to try China Hut College Park, I highly recommend.
I ordered general tsao chicken and a Birthday roll I think it was called. The food was filling. I also had a yummy egg roll. I dined in and the waitress was very nice and helpful. I will be going back. It was the best general chicken I’ve had in a while. I ate the leftovers the next day and it was still good. Not a lot of rice given so if you really like rice then probably not the place for you. So much meat. The meat to rice ratio was probably like 4:1. Luckily I just ate my boyfriends rice. The prices were normal. Paid about $35 for general chicken, shrimp with lobster sauce, an egg roll, and the Birthday roll.
