I am from St. Cloud and have been disappointed so many times with the food at the St. Cloud location. The service has been "ok" there but my order has been wrong and the quality lacking enough times that I decided the next time I was going to drive a further distance for a better experience and I was not disappointed.
Great staff in Lake Nona. Ashly, the bartender is wonderful and Nate, the manager, always makes sure everything is perfect:-)
Had dinner with my family and Edward and Janira were 5 star service ! Edward was very attentive with great suggestions and energy for a large party and Janira made the best gingerbread martinis EVER!!!! I had two back to back !!! I will always ask for this duo!!
Janira was the best bartender I’ve ever had! She was so on top of the service and her personality is so energetics and welcoming. 10/10 recommend going to her when she’s working.
We’ve eaten at this location several times and it’s always a really good experience. But tonight excellent. Sebastian was our server and he was amazing. Really nice and very attentive. My husband goes through Dr Pepper like it’s water in the desert 😂 and Sebastian was able to keep up with his refills, which is no easy feat. Food was also excellent - we shared a steak and shrimp combo with Tasmanian Chili and it was all so good! We will definitely continue to keep this on our date night loop.
We went and the place was empty, so we were a little nervous. I went a party of 7 and we had a good experience. The server was nice, made a couple of mistakes, but no big deal. It was rectified and the food was delicious. Would definitely come back.
Janira did an excellent job! Food was served in a decent amount of time and drinks were great. Def recommend visiting her at the bar. 🙂
Had a wonderful experience with a young lady named Janira. The appetizers came out just in time, everything was seasoned to perfection and overall I have no complaints.
Great food, fast service, and attentive service - even when I am seated out on the patio. Even the little bread loaf they serve up front is a treat. The skillet of mac-and-cheese bites makes for a great shareable to start with. Of course nothing beats the steak or “shrimp on the barbie,” but the grilled pork chop and Alice Springs chicken are also favorites of mine.
Jackson and Kylie were awesome, great bartenders with great attitudes. Food was phenomenal as always. Love me some Outback!
Stephanie and Shayne our servers.. we’re SPECTACULAR!!! I can’t tell you in enough words how professional, kind, courteous and ATTENTIVE! The food was great, the atmosphere was cool and most importantly, Stephanie and Shayne were right there when we needed them. The General Manager would walk around checking in on us and I found that to be a missing piece of Service that’s lost in this generation. I’m glad he did that. Will definitely come back and can’t wait to try new things!
Brad the boss was Very attentive and even went as far to have a chat. Our Server Chris was on the money with the checkups and refills he had a good pace, very professional and Even Shane the young man that brought the bread outstanding. This staff has the kind of ambience where after you pay your check you want to stick around. - John R.
