Breakfast was simply amazing and the staff was very polite. Everything was just excellent.
I was there Fri March 10th. Do not remember the servers name, but she was awesome. I was ready for a nice steak, and she explained the chefs special. A stuffed fish. Even tho she said she doesn't eat fish, it looked delicious. And it was. Everyone in the place did a great job. Will definitely be back.
Just had lunch, the shrimp cargo, fish tacos and spicy bloody Mary were absolutely wonderful, the server was so friendly as well, big thumbs up.
Great variety of items for lunch, munch and dinner. Mike the Bartender is PHENOMENAL! Staff is warm, friendly, attentive..Big shout out to Alex and Caleb!! I don't like eating in hotels, always want to go out and explore but the food, drinks, staff, atmosphere make it VERY WORTHWHILE.
Could easily be five stars. Low point was the mussels appetizer. The dish was good but a little lacking in flavor. Main courses (snapper and strip) were excellent. Great selection of craft beers, wine and bourbon.
Service was adequate but a few minor misses (asking twice for water and no steak knife delivered with the strip) kept it from being 100% perfect.
Would definitely come back here. Great menu and very fresh food.
Absolutely great service in every aspect! Delicious food, made just right. The ambience is also delightful as well as the staff. I have been there twice and both times I have left very happy with everything. They are going through renovations, so this means it will look even more spectacular soon. Looking forward to eating here again!

The food was A1. My wife and I split an appetizer and both got entrees. The quality, appearance, and taste were all excellent. The service was also exceptional.
Rather than leaving the hotel property for dinner we stopped into the Crimson Tavern for a bite...This is definitely not what we expected from the “Hotel Restaurant!” The Boom Boom Shrimp were very lightly Panko battered served atop a phenomenal slaw with what I think was a Thai basil...off the hook! The Snapper is the house dish for a reason as it was cooked to perfection and the flavors were to die for. To finish it all off the chefs coconut flan was smooth, creamy and sinfully good! Do not overlook this hotel restaurant because the service and food is more than you would expect...Solid 5 Stars!
