What a great wee place. We nipped in for a late lunch, got served straight away, place clean, staff friendly. Food was promptly sorted out and brought to our table and tasted great. Wee fella loved his fireman hat he got. Drinks machine was looking new and did hundreds of combinations of coke products. We will be back.
The best Sandwiches in the area. We must have eaten here 7 times this trip. Great value. They really pack each sandwich with so much meat and extras, always warm and fresh. Love the big bit of pickle they chuck in too.

I come to this Firehouse pretty frequently since it's right across the street from Disney and is wayyy more affordable than anything at Disney. I love the food here. The subs are always hot and fresh, they don't skimp out on any toppings, and they have a great variety of sauces to choose from.
The lost star is because they are so freaking slow. I have never gotten my sub in less than 10 minutes, and you can easily wait 15-20 minutes for food. I'm appreciative that the food is always delicious, but I really don't understand why it takes so long when there are always so many people working and rarely a line. It's good that they bring it to your table though, so you don't have to stand around waiting for them. It's a great place for lunch, just don't expect it to be fast. You can always go online and fill out your order ahead of time so it's ready when you get there though.
I usually get the large sub and save half for later because it's HUGE! The staff is great about giving you sauces in containers and wrapping the halves separately if you ask them to. Also, Cast Members get a 10% discount!!
Overall, I love it!
To be fair we come to this location with some frequency and have been to several other locations. I really love their sandwiches. I have never had a bad meal from them either. On the down side this location never seems very clean and staff, while friendly just does not seem to stay up on it when they are not busy. I have commented to corporate a couple times and they make promises and try to placate me with free food but I just want the place to look nice for their customers. I will continue to eat here so long as I get good service and food, and don't spot any vermin.
Just want to say i had the greatest experience food and customer service. The night manager Brian went above and beyond for me and my family. Did the survey he told me about(which only took 3-5 mins to do it) and received my cookie on the way out the door. Got to the hotel room sandwiches were still hot and delicious never had a sandwich better.

Almost as good as what I normally get from Kissimmee, seemed a little light (thin on meat) but that could well have been my imagination. As always I checked no pickle and it was still in my package, yes if I'd still been there when I found it I would have thrown it back. The other issue I seem to run into here all the time is their cookies, the app allows you to order a cookie or a pair for a discounted price. I select the pair and indicate 2(two for a total of four cookies) rarely is it correct the first try in the bag. This location is way out of my way so it's not likly I'll be back soon. But a good sandwich is a good sandwich be it a hero a sub or a grinder.
The food was average and a little on the expensive side for what you get, but the person who rang me up was super polite, sincerely helpful, and very friendly! I would go back again for the service. I'm from a town filled with Mom and Pop shops filled with real ingredients. This tastes like fast food. Not bad, just what you would expect.
LOVE this place..food is amazing, people are nice and place is always clean! It's wonderful to have a good meal and know you are supporting a worthy cause. Please choose this over any other sandwiches, and help our firefighting heroes! I recommend the firehouse steak and cheese and my son loves the hook and ladder; but the whole menu is delicious! Make sure you sign up for their loyalty program as well, tons of freebies😋
I'm not a sandwich person but the fresh and tasty sandwich here is pretty good for a quick luch.
These guys were awesome. Felt terrible coming in right before closing but they said it was ok and were very happy to help get us food. They were closing early due to curfew by Orlando mayor. Food was hot and fresh and service was great
