We ordered online ahead of time on the Universal StudiosApp, arrived to quickly get seated, and we scanned our table to have our food served. Had the Rotisserie Chicken & Char-Grilled Ribs Platter with a side of Cilantro Lime Rice and Black Beans. It was all very tasty with plentiful portions. The staff was great keeping the restaurant clean, all while being attentive to customers 😊
We had a pretty good dinner here. We got the turkey leg platter which was good but didn't taste as good as the one we had last time at the Universal kiosk. This one felt a bit drier and the fries that came with it were very much just so so. We also had the rice bowl pernil which I didn't know was a type of shredded pork. This was actually pretty fantastic for theme park food. The pork was excellent, rice and beans that also came with it was good and the plantains delicious. The portion for the rice bowl was also pretty big.
They don't allow the bigger cups if you only want water only the tiny one so had to pay for another drink in order to get a bigger cup of ice water. This wouldn't be an issue if the water dispenser was actually cold but the water that comes out of there is lukewarm. They should just allow it for guests buying meals there so I'm a bit disappointed by that.
This place is perfect, but it could be better. A traditional, sit down restaurant with theming similar to the way rainforest café does it would be amazing and would honestly be a better hit than even mythos. I don't know, food for thought for universal if you guys are watching these reviews. 👀🤞

Food was quick after mobile ordering. Staff was friendly. Got seated, restroom was available and clean! Food was great and price was good for the food we got!

I visited Thunder Falls Terrace for lunch while at Islands of Adventure, and I was really impressed! The food was great, especially the turkey leg. I highly recommend using the Universal app to do mobile ordering - it made things much easier. The roasted potatoes were also very flavorful, but the corn was a bit disappointing. It was only seasoned on one side, so the other side was quite bland. Overall, though, I had a great experience at Thunder Falls Terrace and would definitely recommend it to others.
The staff is very friendly and caring. The GM, Gerald, personally greeted us and addressed all our allergy concerns and assured that what we ordered was completely safe. That put us at ease.

Great food but I recommend you wait till you eat your biggest meal. Portions are generous. Bathrooms clean dining area large and air-conditioned so you get a nice break after a lot of walking. Oh say hi to the lil birdies that fly in and peck at the crumbs that fall on the floor 😎
Ford us flavorful. Expect to pay Disney price. You have to use the app to order food. Otherwise, be ready to wait in line.
The best universal restaurant for good service and food. We went right when it opened at 11am and was seated right away. The restaurant is Jurassic Park themed and since it's next to the water ride, it's very scenic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food came in less than 5 minutes after ordering on the mobile app. We got the Pernil Rice Bowl and the Ribs + Chicken Combo Platter. The food was hot, fresh, well seasoned, and absolutely delicious. This is way better than the other fast food spots around the park. Well worth the visit and would recommend.
