Came here for breakfast Saturday with a friend before an event nearby. We got in and out pretty quickly. Staff was friendly and efficient.
We had omelets. These were good. I had the pumpkin pancakes. These were good but not much pumpkin flavor involved.
A relaxed and casual atmosphere.
Not bad at all. I like it is right next to the hotel.
Pancakes are great, one can find also veggie meals, some meals were not big enough for me. All ACs do their best but sometimes it feels like blizzard. One must get used to it in US.
Staff were always great even we were a bit chaotic as tourists.

Update 10/31/2023: A manager reached out to apologize and she was very kind and attentive with hearing about my experience and my suggestions. Hopefully all works out and I'll be back to eat again.

They're only getting two stars because of the fact that I've managed to eat here before and the food is good.
Unfortunately though, last night I could not eat here because I could not even be seated. I ended up walking out just like many others did before and after me.
One thing I'll never understand is not acknowledging your customers. There was a line so long of us waiting that it blocked the entire entrance and two doors.
One young lady working for everyone, plenty of tables available that were clean but we never got seated. My recommendation to the management team, hire more employees for the night shift. At the least, have your employees seat the customers waiting so they can relax/look at the menu, instead of standing at the door for 10 minutes and getting frustrated until they leave hungry.
Food is always great, and the cleanliness of the restaurant is always maintained. I'll give the credit where it's due.

Colorado breakfast omelette was very hardy but extra dry Cries for sausage gravy. Vanilla Milkshake was all milk,no ice cream 8 oz for $7.99! Very clean and inviting. The staff was quite attentive. I would go again.
Great service. Good food. I can't believe the early morning waitress, didn't use a note pad for the order and got everything right. She was great I only wish I had gotten her name, she said that she always goes out to see the sunrise. It was spectacular.
The food not what I expected for chicken and waffles. Atmosphere. It was really overcrowded the morning we went there tables are too close together. On the other hand, our waitress, Melissa is totally awesome. She works really hard, friendly and prompt service as fast as possible for the waitress.
The waitress was so nice, trying so hard to keep everyone happy while being the only one on the floor. The milkshake she made me was excellent! Loved the onion rings the most, potroast was fabulous, and the restaurant being at the hotel and open 24 hours was the best!
Well I went to IHOP around 3:15 am, they told us we could only order, no dining . That's a shock for me. I ordered a big steak omelette with a side of hash brown. The presentation was good but the steak was rubbery and had no taste, my hash brown had a lot of grease and was not crispy on top. My partner said his Chicken fingers were good. There were 7 people ordering and the cook worked very fast.
Ordered Uber Eats to get iHop to go. Went to the wrong location. While at this location the staff was SO friendly, and got me the correct address to another iHop that was equal distance from our hotel in the opposite direction. Shared a laugh, smile and a huge thank you.
