I wish I could give the atmosphere higher than 5 stars, but I can't. 🤣🤣 I highly recommend making a reservation if coming here after 530, as it gets very very busy. I made reservations at 6 and we arrived around 540 and was seated very promptly. Our waiter was super awesome. I can't remember his name, I'm sorry 😭😭 The chocolate almond bread was so good. It had such a plethora of flavors. From savory to sweet, to downright delicious with the chocolate. I ordered the pub burger. It was quite delectable. Kettle chips on a burger are yum yum. I also ordered a limited time milkshake, which was so so good. The French fries were also seasoned well and crispy. The toothsome robot and wife also came by to say hello, which was a nice addition. I give the overall.experience 4.5/5☆ 😊😊

The flatbread was good and the rest was good too. Yeah. It’s heavy and it maintain my diabetes and brings me closer to obesity. But well. The food is delicious. It’s sweet. I was hesitant to take this steak but it was good actually. I would recommend it. The apple pie desert was great too!

If you're gearing up for a visit to Universal, ensuring this spot is part of your plans is a must. Planning ahead, I secured a reservation a week prior, a prudent move given its widespread popularity; it proved to be a decision well-made. The ambience of the place is nothing short of delightful, contributing to an overall fantastic experience. While the establishment is chiefly recognized for its delectable milkshakes, our culinary journey extended beyond, encompassing equally impressive main dishes and appetizers. The attentive service from our server further enhanced our dining pleasure. Our culinary exploration commenced with the Chocolate Almond Bread, an appetizer that comes highly recommended. It boasts a harmonious marriage of chocolate and bread sweetness, skillfully balanced to tantalize the taste buds. For our main course, the Gnocchi took center stage, emerging as a standout with its distinctive and rich flavors. The Chicken Bourguignon proved to be another commendable choice, adding variety to our dining experience. To round off our memorable meal, we opted to share a Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake. It served as a perfect conclusion—a dessert that was not excessively sweet but rather a delightful conclusion to our gastronomic adventure. The experience left an indelible mark, prompting our anticipation of a return visit to further explore the diverse offerings on their menu. IG: journey_man16

The atmosphere is different but cool! Stopped in for a sundae! Oh my, the size is big enough for two! Glad we didn’t order two of them! The price was 13.00 dollars but it’s well worth it. Dave was friendly and helpful enjoyed talking with him. The cost of milkshakes run around 9.00. Plenty of good options to choose from! They have a store on the other side of entrance. 2nd time here swung in for lunch today. Atmosphere is steam punk with a chocolate factory blend! We started off with hot chocolate drinks then switched to chocolate x5 milkshake! Rachel our server is friendly and very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed the southern fried chicken blt with kettle chips! Would come back next time at Universal!

What an awesome way to end our vacation! Toothsome came recommended to us by family, and what a great experience it was. Penelope Toothsome and Robot Jacques visited us at our table and entertained the kids, and the waiter was very fast and attentive. My amazingly were the CHOCOLATE WINGS! We were fighting over who got the last one! The sandwiches were all good, and the kids ice cream treat at the end was GIGANTIC! Worth the money for the food and the experience.

We couldn’t wait to try this place during our vacation this week - and all in all, we weren’t disappointed. We both got the short rib which was pretty good but I guess I was hoping for something that tasted a little more unique. Also, the meal is described as including carrots… we each literally had two slices of carrots on our plate. Everything did taste very good though. We had also made reservations well in advance- like a week or two in advance- yet we were seated in the bar area which I thought was kind of disappointing. We got a shake for dessert- the Red Velvet- and that was really good. It wasn’t too sweet - I HATE frosting and I even liked the frosting on the cupcake. Service was good, but maybe not as warm as I’d prefer. Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely give this place another try.

This was one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Just amazing steam punk theme with beautiful decor. Absolutely the best food!! Amazing hand made mason jar drinks!! Hand made unique gifts for purchase. Abundant amount of chocolate eats to choose from with the cutest designs to match the seasons.

For a theme park restaurant, I feel like there was really good value here. For 3 adults, 3 entrees, 1 soda, 2 milkshakes, and 1 dessert, it was only $120. The food was surprisingly good. The mushroom risotto, even though it stated had truffle oil in it, tasted nothing like truffle. It was good though, very earthy because of the mushrooms. My husband ordered the Chicken Bercy and cleaned the plate (which says a lot because he sends back food often). The milkshakes were HUGE...I didn't even get through a third of mine but it wasn't a waste of money because you get to keep the jar. We had a reservation and they only seated us 10-15 past the reservation time. The atmosphere is fun and they had a few characters walk around to visit the tables. I would return and maybe try some of the apps that also looked good.

Really good tasting food! Huge amount of different delicious deserts to pick from, friendly staff, clean restaurant. The milkshakes were super good and look awesome. The price is pretty fair. The pasta dishes were super good. Would recommend if you bring your appetite.

Had an outstanding dining experience! I didnt make dinner reservations but went straight upstairs to the bar and found a seat right away. The food was excellent and prepared just right. The bartenders were friendly and very helpful and the drinks were spot on. The atmosphere was awesome and everyone is in a festive mood. Really enjoyed the steam punk setting and Penelope and Jaque robot that walks around. Oh, the chocolate....out of this world and a huge selection with something for everyone! I highly recommend you give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
