Called in an order ahead of time for 40 Chili Cheese burritos to this location ( they are only location I have found in NE to have them ❤️). The employees were so helpful, and had them made by the time we got there and paid which was less than ten minutes. Their efficiency was incredible! All the employees were so kind, friendly and helpful. The store was clean and I was beyond impressed with their customer service from the front counter to the manager.
Best taco bell for food! Depending who you get at the window, sometimes they are rude. One night, they said you can take two separate orders, then the next night you can't. Make up ya mind...
Just getting home from getting food at the 108th Maple location. THIS IS THE NICEST LOCATION THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Articulate, polite, well spoken, etc, etc, etc. These ladies were the complete package! My only complaint is that my chalupa bread wasn't warm. Other than that, great experience.
I went inside to order to-go, and they took my order with ease, but then it took an exceptionally long time for them to make my Chipotle chicken burrito and hand it to me. Plus I only ordered 1 item of food. . . . .

The man who took my order and one of the cooks were both very friendly! As for taco bell as a whole, the servings have slowly seemed to get smaller and smaller, I'd say this began roughly during the "pandemic" but seems to continue.
Never fails every time we go late night food is cold. Never to get all items replaced only a combo. A $30 order and a combo replacement? We only live a couple of blocks away food should be hot.....not.
The staff went above and beyond to help us and the food was good.
It was fine. I ordered from the mobile app and went up to the counter to get my drink cup but nobody was there. When my order was ready they gave me the cups. Ideally I would have liked to get my drink while waiting for the food but whatever.
Told the man on headset that I’m a horrible person and didn’t want to donate the 96 cents and he laughed really hard. Really good food and they were super hospitable and friendly the whole time. Love them. Absolutely devoured that burrito and nacho fries.
I never have a issue when I come here. They are nice and the atmosphere is clean and refreshing
