The menu is a bit sparse for vegetarians, however the manager (Jeremy) was AMAZING! They offered to make/modify several items on the menu, and I selected the club, which was great! The rest of our party had pork chops, steak, and chicken piccata, and everything was very good. The best part, the service. Every staff person was smiling, helpful, and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend this restaurant and this specific location.
Taking my daughter there for her high school graduation. It has become our favorite restaurant over the years and now is our go to place for a big celebration. The food, the service, the casual setting - Charleston's will always be our favorite place to eat!
I enjoyed this location! Atmosphere, service, & food was 5 stars. Everyone was attentive & kind. Food was seasoned to perfection, as it always is. Our wonderful waiter had recommendations that ended up being terrific, from the apps, drinks, to the dessert menu. And our visit was just on a regular Tuesday afternoon!
Food was great, the service was very fast. She offered to provide us with more cheese and butter for baked potatoes. She also gave us fresh iced tea in a to-go container.
Overall the experience was great. The place was packed for Wednesday.
Hello Viewers,
after visiting the famous WB favorite steakhouse - Gorat's steakhouse, my coworker and I decide to find a local new style American foods, and I am happy to find Charleston's restaurant to be the restaurant before my departure.
since I have been eating burger, and I decide to go for a reuben sandwich for a change, after I taste it I wish I still get my burger instead, 😅. I guess Reuben sandwich is not for everyone. one of the highlight of the restaurant, they offer a cute tiny croissant instead of the traditional dinner Roll style, I found a pastry delicacy and very good presentation of the foods presentation. the croissant is actually got a sweet/savory taste that customer can enjoy with a cup of the coffee.
the dinning area and sit down area are awesome, and amount of the noisy is just enough for causal business conversation.
unfortunately I don't have the stomach to indulge myself with more foods before I head to airport, but Charleston's restaurant is definitely a revisit restaurant whenever I am back in town.

While it was on the more expensive side, the food was really good! Usually when I order steak I have to use A1! Here I got the sirloin and it was PERFECTLY seasoned so I didn't need to use A1 so that was a huge win for me. I love the lighting at the tables and the kid's menu was also great! There were more options for kids than most places so that was awesome in itself. We spent about 160 without tip included for 4 of us. The dessert is huge! We got carrot cake and key lime pie and the serving was big enough to almost fill the whole plate! Will definitely be back!
Charleston's seems to me to be everyone's favorite prom restaurant. Polished leather booths, polished wood everywhere else, dim table lighting and actual spaces creating that perfect semi isolating intimate setting perfect for a formal well anything really. Any pauses in conversation are easily filled by Piano Man by Billy Joel playing in the background and the quiet roar of other conversations. It seems overwhelming until you talk and realize it is quite easy to hear each other. I brought my young daughter who has SPD causing many issues with her trying new food. This usually means we order her French fries, bread, and two or three sides to try. My daughter ended up getting three sides and the yogurt fruit cheese dinner. I also asked for two croissants from the salad without honey for her. How she felt about the food is irrelevant, our server, Brianna, was excellent. She never questioned our choices adding that we could order what we liked. She also never preached to me about the excess cost for ordering so much for her to just try. I had the prime rib 10 oz with house salad and baked potato all of which was fantastic. I strongly recommend this place, fancy date or not.
Ate here 11/26/23. Dinner service. Hostess was polite and prompt. Was quickly escorted to our table. Comfortable seating, very dark, low visibility IMO. Found myself having to talk fairly loud to converse at our table, not particularly unusual for a busy restaurant. No music which was nice. Waitress was polite but to the point, which I liked. Our glasses were never empty but we never felt like the waitress was hovering, very professional. Food was served in a timely manner. Caesar salad was good, nothing to write home about. Main was the ribeye. Was very well cooked and I really enjoyed the marinade. Steak sauce need not apply. Loaded potato was a bit dry, could have used a bit more butter and sour cream, but was cooked perfectly.
Overall we had an enjoyable experience and felt we received very good food and excellent service for the price!
We had a delightful date night at Charlestons restaurant. We were hesitant to enter because we saw groups waiting to be seated, but we were surprised to hear there was only a 15-minute wait. The waitress was on point with all our expectations. The food is American, so there is something for everyone. I enjoyed the prime rib, and the hubby had a delicious rack of ribs. The drinks were well made, and we will definitely return.
It's upscale but cozy and comfortable. The food is always delicious & filling & we don't need to wait long for drinks & food. Charleston's is just great!
I ordered the Chicken Piccata, with glazed carrots. Yum!! And a butterscotch white Russian. My husband ordered the chicken tenders & kiwi gimlet. Definitely ordering that drink next time! ;)
Our server was great, as was the food. Got the steak and baked potato and the sides of burgundy mushrooms and glazed carrots, the joke was my potato took up almost half the plate. For the atmosphere I was disappointed it was so dark inside and each table only had a pendant light to see the menu. Also it was extremely loud in this location which was surprising. Will be back as the food was top notch!
The restaurant is very dark and intimate- perfect setting for a romantic atmosphere. The queso and fresh chips make for a good appetizer.
We ordered the Ruben and the hickory burger. Both cooked to perfection and I'll add that the French fries taste amazing when you dip them in the queso!
Super friendly staff and our waiter knew all the specials and answered all our questions- super knowledgeable.
