We were passing through town and looking for a quick bite. The place doesn’t look like much and we got a little nervous when no one else was in the restaurant at 5:30, but the lady behind the counter was very nice. She took our order and told us she would bring the food to our table.
The food came out quickly, was very fresh, and had great authentic flavor. The portions were great.
My husband got a #13 and raved about it, and I loved my steak quesadilla, and the rice and beans I added on.
Don’t expect a fancy place, but the food is GREAT!
The food is really good, but the restaurant itself needs cleaning g and an update.

I LOVE this place. If you want no frills AUTHENTIC Mexican come here. Huge portions. So freaking good!
Very good food and excellent customer service. You walk in and go to the counter where there is a menu with pictures and both Spanish and English descriptions. The lady who was there on our visit was very helpful and accommodating in both languages to all of her customers. The food was tasty, delivered freshly cooked, and very plentiful.
The al pastor tacos are the best!
Good food. Mom and pop place. Clean but old. Limited menu but enjoyed it. Only food we didn't like was the beans. Both salsa choices are spicy but the meat was tasty enough to not need it. Came at night. Many orders were people coming in to grab some food to go. We ate here and enjoyed our stop.
The grilled chicken is very good. The salsa and sides are also well-flavored.
I love love the chicken here. I usually get 2 chickens for my family of 5 so we can have leftovers. The green avacado salsa is soooooo delicious. I wish they served a larger size beans and rice though for the size of the chicken they give you. One tiny bowl is not enough. I always have to order extra. But it's still so worth it.
