Some of the best Tex Mex around. The 36 hour beans are the best! Their combo burrito with fresh daily salsa is my go too. One of the best burritos around!.. Had the chicken chilada today and boy was it good. I miss the sour cream chicken chilada Bueno used to have, it was beyond good. This gave me a new item on my list tho. Was delicious and the muchaco as always was great!
I like to take the kids for nachos 1 a month and we can all agree on bueno. The staff was hard at work and it was a little awkward but there was only two people and they did and awesome job. Food was served quickly and queso was not watered down. They need more staff,it's not fair they have to run this busy location with 2 or 3 people at a time. They can get busy.
Aaron apparently reads minds very well. He suggested the chimi cheese cakes with my order. Sounded great, had to take him up on that suggestion. Our order was all correct and prepared in a timely matter. Not sure who the lady was that was preparing all of the orders, but she did a great job.

The staff is awesome...the tomatoes stunk and were past time to throw out. The parking lot and landscaping or lack of needs attention. Sorry to see this place go downhill with so much new growth around it
This location is pretty consistent. I’m a vegetarian, so I order some weird things, and they usually nail it! The worst thing that usually happens here is getting regular salsa instead of firehouse. That’s unforgivable in my world. Keep up the good work.
They were extremely understaffed only had two people working front counter drive-thru and also trying to make the food service was great
recently when i went to this location, which it can be hit or miss with their food (ill be honest) BUT the staff however are so nice and bubbly! Specifically a gentleman taking orders, I believe he’s one of the cooks as well, he was just so friendly and enthusiastic while taking my order, making it fun and less forced or like he hated his life. definitely some good people working here at this location. 🥰
Since the tornado came thru in May, this location in Shawnee Mall is finally reopened! We received hot & fresh food, great service, & fast drive thru. Highly recommend!
I'd say it's the best Taco Bueno in the metro. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly. Always my go to TB even though it's not the closest one to me. A+
