So I was coming home in uniform from Cape Cod AFS and wanted pizza so I relied on Google Maps to find something along my 90-minute ride back to Hanscom. Bertucci's in West Roxbury was recommend and along the route. I got an Ultimate Bertucci's from the take-out counter, and not only was I comped my order, but a woman who was leaving offered to pay for my order. The pizza was fantastic, the employees are top notch people, and even the clientele were polite, which I know is not a reflection of the restaurant, but it had been a long day and I was floored by how considerate they were. Bertucci's West Roxbury supports our troops, and it was great meeting some residence of Chestnut Hill that do the same. Highly recommended.

Had lunch with my cousin here today. We were greeted by a very friendly Virginia. She recommended us a salad and two pasta dishes.

When I came it was packed. my servers name was Richie and this restaurant is amazing and I love this restaurant. The food was delicious. I devoured it. The drinks were good . Also, even though it was very busy. We still got a lot of attention. Our server was extremely kind and lenient. He also gave us as much time as we needed.
Our server was also funny and very very very kind, thoughtful patient. Our service was very good amazing even. It was packed, but I didn’t think it was because we got so much and we got everything we needed. The food was amazing. I already said that but our server was amazing. Anyways, our food in our server was really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really very very good and our server was kind.
Food was pretty tasty and service was quick and efficient. Richard was an amazing server and answering all questions and lead us with some amazing choices. I had the calzone with the Bertucci”s special it was flavored and good taste. And the rolls were nice and hot with butter and oil. Would definitely come back to this location in the near future.
I just ate a salad with the delicious rolls and oil. Our server, Ritchie was very friendly and accommodating! We asked for lots of different things and he could have become annoyed but he didn’t. Ritchie is very pleasant. Ask for him!👏🏿

My husband and I shared a happy meal with our niece here. The Shrimp Rossini was delicious, the bread piping hot, and the salad fresh. Our server Tim was terrific.
What a wonderful dinner. I had the Salmon dinner and it was cooked superbly. The manager was very warm and welcoming. Will definitely return to this location. I often go to the Needham location and never get this service.

My last review was from back pre-pandemic and finally My mum l, the boys and I got a chance to go! The rolls were amazing per usual,, and the pizza as well, we got a large cheese and Large Sporgi... so so good!! Marty's Limoncello Martinis were perfection!!! (Please note the pre-pandemy menu had straight limoncello Martinis, now they added some pointless prosecco which now with how the menus are you wouldn't even notice. Also, it does nothing for the drink itself, I tried it at another location. Just ask the waiter to tell the bartender for the vodka & limoncello straight up, thank me later ;)* )
The staff are always super friendly here, Let's our waiter was cool, Marty is the best ;) he always makes a point to stop by the table and check on the drink orders and how our overall experience was. Always a pleasure having a quick chat with him... we will definitely be back, such a go to for great food at reasonable prices and the littles always loved it. I mean even I've loved bertuccis since I was about 5 years old. Definitely one of my favorite locations. We will be back!!

Great and one of the more consistent locations. Sometimes a wait to be seated, but overall my favorite local location. The Bartender she is awesome!! Great limoncello Martinis🍸
I love the Hingham location! Everybody is so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious generous portions, competitive prices, highly recommend.
