my husband and I went for our wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate! It was absolutely AMAZING & the service was EXCELLENT. Best Italian food (and honestly one of the best foods in general!) we have ever had! I can’t wait to go back when visiting NYC. Love it a million times.
Should i start from the food, service or ambient?!
Because i think everything was great!
This Italian restaurant has one of a kind menu and a large selection of wines especially italians, which i love!
Food is delicate and very good and the owners Andrea and Giuseppina as well asChristians are so kind and adorable. Very professional and friendly, they will be able to deliver an amazing service.
Try it out yourself!!!
Really lovely, bustling ambiance with highly knowledgable staff. My date and I arrived right on time and we were seated promptly.
We ordered the mushroom+potato appetizer which was DIVINE and tried to order the short rib ragu pasta special but someone else got the last one right before we ordered...which turned out perfectly because we got the gnocchi instead and it was the best gnocchi I've ever had in my life. Seriously, don't sleep on that gnocchi - the texture was soft and almost melty, like a super fine mochi. I usually don't like gnocchi for how dense it was but these were airy and perfectly portioned.
Also really appreciate that they have alcohol, low alcohol, and mocktail options.
Came here for dinner with a few friends and loved it! Right when you enter you're met with a long bar with customers to really liven up the restaurant's vibe and a friendly bartender to boot. The table seating is toward the back and I absolutely loved that you're able to see into the kitchen from your seat - it certainly adds to the ambience. The service was great - timely, efficient and I feel like there's something for everyone on the menu. My friends tried a few of the cocktails (I went with the Aperol spritz and was harshly judged (it's obvi always time for a spritz)) and seemed to love them! The food was terrific - just the right portion size and the pasta perfectly-cooked. For dessert, we ended up sharing the tiramisu as well as the panzerotti - also fab choices. The price is what you would expect for upper-scale Italian fare but the vibe of the restaurant really makes it feel accessible. Would definitely come back here again!
A real Italian restaurant. Each single food is amazing and fresh and served with love and passion. Great cocktails too. Wine? Plenty of choice for all tastes. Recommended by friends, lovable surprise. We will be back for sure!
Brilliant place. Menu is compact but strong. Service is proactive and delicate.
Wine selection is vast and lots of good range choices.
Portion sizes are generous but not silly.
Really lovely place that I will go back too soon. Recommend you do too.
Great place, good food and good wine. My friends and I came here for the happy hour. The servers are funny and the staff is very obliging. My friends has the Prosecco and they found it expensive but loved it. I had a latte and we were given bread with olive oil . The bread sticks are delicious. We didn't stay to eat but my Italian friends claim the mushrooms are delicious. The place is very clean. There's separate seating depending on what you come for... the bathrooms are super clean... Lovely place.
The mushroom appetizer which has truffle on top was delicious. The tortelli filled with crab meat is tasty and I like the sauce. The rice pudding is also delicious. Overall the food is great. The restaurant also has a quiet atmosphere and nice interior.
It was Valentine’s... a solo mio meal. Fabulous food done by a genuine chef. The owner Andy and attentive service in a classy setting. Don’t tell them but they should be charging more for this quality.
Very nice and great experience with a long list of wines and great service some main meals were extraordinary good and some was disappointing but if you make a good selection will never regret
