When our food was delivered it was not what we ordered. We called the store and they immediately took care of everything for us and offered more than we had ordered. This place is where we will order from if we ever crave pizza, wings, or bread sticks. Thanks guys !!! We are Domino's loyalist now !!🍕🍕🍕
Always an awesome experience! This location has the friendliest staff available for service anywhere. Tidy is the person that has taking my order today. She is the friendliest of friendliest! She even remembered my name. calling me by name upon entering the door. This alone is amazing. They really love their customers and she made me feel special buy just calling me by my name. Always a pleasant experience at this Domino's!

Dear, Domino’s corporate: please give the Female manager at the Franklin Avenue (New Orleans) location a raise. We ordered from this location for the first time and received top notch service when my husband went to pick up our order. Unfortunately I do not know her name but she honored our $25 credit that she could not locate in their system. She allowed my email to suffice for the credit. She also did not charge us for the $2 remaining balance. This is old fashioned customer service. I hope she is not faulted for the $2 - we will gladly pay this! She didn’t have to do that. She was very friendly and professional. In terms of our actual order: the pizza was hot and exactly as ordered (we called the order in). This experience made up for a pretty awful experience at a different Domino’s location. We will order again from the Franklin location. Thank you!
