Staff was very friendly, place was clean, and I love the drink. I got the Razzmatazz. If you aren't big on sweet smoothies then try the Peach Perfection, I tried my friends and I enjoyed it but it was not really sweet. I am sure someone expecting it to w would be disappointed but I still loved the taste of that one.
Jamba juice has excellent smoothies. Definitely can compete with small local chains. The waffles are perfection as well.
Jamba on Poydras, however, has no customer service. The associates, the same associate who has been there each time that I visit doesn't greet you or simply ask, "how can I help/assist you?" They aren't rude, but you receive no service. One of the reasons I sparingly visit.
Very clean place! Great tasting smoothies and bowls. Courteous and helpful staff.
You can watch the ingredients go into the cups. No strange powders and liquids pumped into them. Just good natural ingredients.
Love this place, always delicious sugar bomb smoothies...better than the home town Smoothie King, but they have better food than Jamba Juice. Great refreshment on a hot Nola day in July!!
Good spot to get something healthy. We liked the greens ‘n ginger smoothie and $2 ready to drink shots on Mondays

Nice staff, good smoothies. Both new Orleans locations are good. I haven't tried the food
