Stopped to get my husband and son dinner. Service was as expected. The line wasn't too long. We have no complaints from this location.
I was having a hard time figuring out what I wanted to eat, and it hit me. There was a Church's chicken not too far from where I was. Since I hadn't had any in a while, I decided to try it. When I say it was even better than I remembered and the wait wasn't long. The staff was very pleasant and they also are from Clarksville. We had a few laughs, and I was on my home with a belly full of fresh fried chicken and all the fixins I needed. Thanks again for a great experience.
Nice staff, food was hot, fresh, and quick. Dining room was clean, $10 for a good meal with some soul
It was ok took about 25 minutes in the drive thru but they was friendly and u could tell they was short staffed so the wait was ok
Clean restaurant need more staff for faster service, restaurants need a modern updated remodel
I love the fried okra. The customer service is always welcoming EVEN as short as they are. The building can us some upkeep BUT OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE IT.
Food was fresh 😋 but the drive thru line were super long, and it took over 30 minutes to get served.
I had to wait a very, very long time while going through the drive-through. I did ask for something for my long wait, and they did give me an apple pie. Cashier stated they were understaffed and asked me if I wanted a job, 🤣
First of all, I love the food at Churches Chicken. Best chicken anywhere if you ask me. The mashed potatoes are great and the gravy is a bit spicy and full of flavor. And their HONEY BUTTER BISCUITS are incredible. And then on top of that, the prices are really good. WOW ! ! So the food is definitely a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5.
However, their service is super slow and they still haven't opened heir doors to let us in after the Corona Virus. Really guys? ? What is up with that. So be prepared to sit in line in your car for up to 30 minutes. ARE YOU GUYS TRYING TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS ! ? ! ? AND WHATS UP WITH CLOSING ALL YOUR STORES? IF YOU'RE NOT MAKING ENOUGH MONEY, THESE ARE THE REASONS.
I can't grade atmosphere due to going through the drive thru. The young lady who took our order and prepared our food was great. I admit the line was extremely long; however, the employee was friendly, kind, and had a great personality! She deserves a raise because she performed the work of three people! Some customers didn't have patience with her; however, her customer service skills were phenomenal!
