This is quite the caloric splurge, but if you have a cheat day this just might be worth the calories (Who am I kidding? I'd gladly tack on a few more miles to my run.). The chicken n' waffles is the best I have ever tasted in the south, or anywhere really. We were invited to a block party where they were doing a test run. I have ate at many food trucks where flavor was lacking- but at Banjo's most of the recipes have a complex flavor (in a good way). Maybe a restaurant will be in the works? This is something I would like to treat out of town visitors to.

Wow! Our family shared so we could taste bites of everything! Absolutely everything was delectable! Perfect flavor profiles! And if you like Nashville hot chicken, you have got to try Banjos insanely hot chicken!!! It will Rock your world!!! We will definitely be following this truck ! Fun atmosphere,incredible staff,amazing food!
