Excellent service from our waiter. We ordered a prime rib sandwich and a steak. Both were very good including the fries. Wait time for the food a little slow but the food was so good it didn’t matter! The bartender made a great top shelf margarita, which most places screw up. We’ll be back!
(From Saturday night, patio. ?) In from out of town, so I’ve been to many, many places. I wanted a steakhouse, and Darfons came up. THIS place was EXCELLENT! Inviting atmosphere; incredible server (shout out! Killing me, don’t remember his name); amazing food - totally worth it!!! From Mushrooms apps, to summer salads, to steaks, YUM-MY! Def recommend to anyone in Nashville! ����������
Got there a little early on a Monday afternoon so we beat the rush. This was a place recommended to us. I have to say we were very happy! The calamari didn't have a great marinara flavor but it was cooked perfectly. Otherwise everything tasted phenomenal! Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Came in for happy hour and great service. Drinks were quite reasonable and starter. Had the calamari and Aperol Spritz. Really nice atmosphere definitely recommend coming in early and just enjoy the space. Main food was black seasoned salmon and voodoo pasta.
Nice restaurant. Nice variety on the menu. Great food. Great service. Happy hour margaritas were good. Two was enough for me. I ate the seafood linguine. It was really good. I loved the creamy lemon sauce. It was delicious, just as our server said it would be.
I would recommend this place if you're in the area. We were seated without a reservation with some help from the hostess. Would recommend making a reservation, though.
Husband in state for work training. It was our last night, so we decided to try Darfons Restaurant. It was a great choice! Jennifer was pleasant and super friendly. Was very helpful in suggestions and any questions we had. Everything from the house, Margarita, appetizers, main course, and desert. 😋 😋 😋 😋. We were very pleased, would recommend and the prices are worth the quality. Family reunion next year.. will be back, Jenn. Stay sweet!
Went here for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary! Hadn't been here for quite some time but wanted to give it another try! We 1st got a Starter of Warm Bread & Olive Oil - Bread was Not Warm & Very Hard to Chew! I got the Ribeye Well Done with Sweet Potato & Cinnamon/Sugar Butter - It was cooked Property & Still Very Juicy! My husband also got the Ribeye but his he ordered Medium Well but it came out Well Done too! He said it tasted good, but he had the Fried Parmison Potatoes that he could barely eat - Very Dry - He ordered some Grilled Onions & poured them over top of the potatoes which made them some better! Our waitress was Not that attentive - Only came back to refill my husband's drink, never asked if our Steaks were cooked to our liking, then came back to ask if we wanted dessert & dropped off the check! For the price of the check & it being our anniversary we really expected more!
I had not visited Darfons in awhile. I came hungry and left full and happy. The meal portions are more than enough. I figured I would get my veggies and protein in one setting so I ordered the Barbecue-Spiced Seared Salmon. Dry rubbed salmon on top of a mashed sweet potato and white barbecue kale salad, with a splash of strawberry barbecue sauce smeared neatly on the plate. The entree was delectable with a gastronomical experience like no other. The salmon was seared to a heavenly perfection. Did I mention the Tomato Parmesan Bisque ? A light creamy texture full of flavor. My mouth is watering thinking about it. Tory was our server and he made the best recommendations and provided excellent service. The Seafood Linguine was swimming with an ample amount of scrumptious seafood and bathed in a savory white wine lemon garlic cream sauce. We topped off our dinner experience with a delightful slice of cheese cake for dessert. Stop reading this review and hurry over to Darfons.
We have been here multiple times and never disappointed. The service is always great. The food is awesome. The bar program is mesmerizing. If you come in at lunch , there no problem, but for dinner highly recommend to make reservation. This place get packed quickly. I want to highlight certain dishes but I haven’t found anything that I don’t like yet. The parking is easy. The restaurant is clean and inviting.
Excellent food. Will be back to try other dishes. The BBQ salmon is wonderful. Wouldn't day BBQ, more like Pineapple glaze with a hint of BBQ. The rare tune was also spectacular. The lil sweet potato was skinned and had a sear or something to the bottom that candied it.

I was told about Darfons by my rental car company’s they even said to order the seafood linguine. Make sure to read the menu they have a very specific dress code. It wasn’t fancy though - no table cloths or anything. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were very clean. They are top rated on Google plus it was close to the airport. I had the seafood linguine with the summer salad and a side of bread. Ask for the side salad otherwise the salad is HUGE! The bread is an up charge. The carrot cakes was heavenly. I did remove the unions from the sale so if you don’t like onions be warned. Ask for Cole he was amazing and set me up for my visit with restaurant recommendations. Make sure to stop here.
Well my coworkers and I came here for dinner... the place is very nice... I ordered Mozzarella cheese sticks for my appetizer... and I truly have to say the best I've had... then my entree was the crab stuffed trout(it was called something like that) but it was also delicious... our waitress was very very good... don't remember her name but she took great care of us... kept them water glasses full and anytime we asked her for something she got it for us and it didn't take forever... kudos to her(wish I knew her name)... if I'm ever in Nashville again I'll be back...
