Cafe Mocha

My wife and I have lived at Heritage Landing for over three years and are very thankful to call this place home. The location cannot be beaten. Literally a block from restaurants, bars, shopping, a park, and trails along the river while still relatively quiet tucked between 1st and 2nd street. Rent is competitive for the neighborhood, but the units are so much larger than you'll find anywhere else. The staff has rotated over a couple of times, but they continue to find very friendly and helpful people who work in the front office. I cannot speak highly enough of the maintenance guys, Denny and Rick. They are so friendly, prompt and efficient. The guest parking situation is great, and so is the Luxor packing system. My only criticism would be the walls are relatively thin, however the building is pretty quiet and after 3+ years in multiple units we've never had any major issues. Would highly recommend Heritage Landing to live if you're in the market!

We have lived at Heritage Landing for the past 6 months and love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have wonderful all inclusive gatherings. Friends are always welcome to all events which are scheduled regularly. We love the people we have met and the location is awesome. CLOSE to everything that you would need! Jim and Camille Jindra

A SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO SHANNAN ROBB and THE HERITAGE LANDING LANDING TEAM! I've been renting lofts in the Minneapolis metro for the last five (5) years, and the Stuart Co management and leasing team at Heritage Landing has truly been a cut above any other building staff I've experienced. Heritage Landing is one of the largest apartment building's in the fashionable North Loop neighborhood, and their staff seem to always effortlessly and enthusiastically accommodate their many tenant's requests. A service quality that was demonstrated during my application and move-in process with leasing consultant SHANNAN ROBB. My fiancé and I had to unexpectedly move one (1) month early, and we had to work swiftly to secure a new apartment amidst a very congested work travel week. Over the course of only two (2) short days, SHANNAN helped us find the perfect unit, happily satisfied our many specific requests (paint changes, cleaning, etc...), and she coordinated an expedited and supportive application and move-in process while I was traveling for work. For example... when I was notified by Century Link that my internet would not be activated for nearly three (3) weeks, a damaging inconvenience for a self-employed (home office) business, SHANNAN generously leveraged her local Century Link relationships and I had internet in three (3) business days. Incredible. I later learned that I was just one (1) of twenty (20) tenants either moving-in or moving-out during that last week in April; all the while, SHANNAN ROBB and the Heritage Landing (Stuart Co) management team made me feel like their number one priority.
