I've had a lot of BBQ from NY, NC, KC and the all over the metro and I have to say this place is by far my favorite. The meat falls off the bone but still have a nice crisp, flavorful "crust" on the ribs. The pulled pork sandwiches are awesome too!
I can't give this anything less than 5 stars. I moved here recently from the South, and *this* is some good bbq. I had the brisket burnt ends and oh mah gawwwwd. I also consider myself a bit of a hushpuppy snob and I gotta say the hushpuppies blew me away
Grabbed BBQ from the to-go window here, took it to a near by park for a picnic and loved it! I had the brisket and wings. The dry rub wings were crispy yet tender and the flavor was outstanding. The brisket perfectly smoked. My wife tried the Jackalope, and she'll be coming back! Really great BBQ choice for a vegetarian:)
Best of all the service was so nice and the portion size wasn't skimpy. We loved Bark and the Bite and will be back:)

We loved it so much that we are going to host a party there sometime!!! We haven’t found good bbq in the cities until now. They have a full bar too which is cool. Mini patio so would love to go in the summer. ❤️
Excellent service and some good eats! My favs were the hush puppies, they had a great crust and flavor, and my mojito. Would be a 5/5 experience except the jackfruit was one note and some of the sauces were underwhelming; I had to debate my companion if the vodka chile bbq was ketchup. It is great of them as a barbecue joint to offer a vegetarian option - just want a bit more from it.
Wow! Where do I even begin.
The food: savory, delicious, flavorful, and great portions. I tried the pulled pork sandwich and potato salad (my mouth is watering now just thinking about it). It was beyond amazing!
The ambiance: southern flare with a calming environment and various options for seating (booth, table, high top, bar).
The customer service: 10/10, friendly and genuine with great service from every employee.
Everyone should check this place out!
Had full rack of ribs and plate of pulled pork. Ribs come on a big bed of cabbage salad (yummy). Sides were collards, and mustard, arugula potato salad. Sides were excellent, nice eating environment. Meat was above average MN bbq, thought ribs could have had more flavor.
Good food and fast service! We enjoyed the outdoors seating area. I think we picked the combo with Pull pork, spicy chicken wings. Recommend the vege and beans as sides
One of the best dry rubs on wings I’ve had! Amazing service and great food! The atmosphere also sets this place apart, very nice venue and mood! You won’t be disappointed! 🍗
True, outstanding BBQ in the Twin Cities, look no further! Everything was great and well prepared but special shout out for the wings and hush puppies. Will be back!!
Food is fire. Staff are super friendly. Loved my pulled pork sandwich with collard greens. My favorite part was the vodka Chile barbecue sauce. Eat here and leave satisfied.
Very delicious food! I would recommend trying anything they offer. Friendly staff. Made to order food so it's hot and fresh. The hush puppies are made to order and might be my favorite thing!!

I miss these guys being right down the street from me but I'm sure the food in the new location is just as fantastic. They are not a new place by any means just new location from what I hear
