The staff is absolutely wonderful. They remember your name, and your usual order (if you are consistent with what you order). They are polite, friendly and are there to help you, not just take your order.

Best Food Downtown. Dave's has the best breakfast in the skyway. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is tremendous. The Dave's special is such a deal. I also love the lunch with black angus burgers and a buffalo chicken wrap that is to die for. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a affordable, quick, delicious meal.
Order and pay and cashier, then wait for your number. I had the omelette ham mushroom cheese. Bottomless coffee cup. The food is very good and the coffee was excellent. Most folks do take away. Americans would describe the clientele as blue collar, in essence in work uniforms. I really liked that vibe. You have a nice view from windows. The hot sauce selection extraordinary, where does one buy Cholula cartons ! I’d be surprised to find families here on weekend mornings.
This is a nice sandwich shop with fair deals on food. Also this place is on the second level if you are looking for it . I got the Spicy Chicken Club, it’s a grilled chicken breast topped with jalapeño bacon, pepper jack cheese, and spicy sriracha mayo. I have to say the chicken was a good size and all the ingredients tasted fresh. It’s a little messy though. I got it with a side of fries and let me tell you they give you a lot of fries so much I couldn’t finish them all.

I love this place! It’s always a treat to go and I love when my friends and I agree on going to Dave’s. A solid place in our rotation. The line is always very fast (if there’s any line) and I love to order ahead so that by the time I get there from walking from my building, my lunch is ready to go and it’s hot! I always get the crispy chicken wrap with buffalo and Caesar dressing sauce with chips and a pickle on the Jalapeño tortilla. The staff has been there for a while so I assume (hope!) they’re treated well. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place for a quick, delicious bite!
We took the skyway to check out this restaurant for breakfast. The food, service, and atmosphere was great. It's easy to order, the cashier that took our order was really nice and welcoming. Our food, which was the biscuits and gravy and the breakfast burrito, came up very quickly and were both satisfying. The biscuits seemed a little doughy/undercooked but otherwise good.
Ordered the chicken tender salad with a cup of wild rice soup. Food was excellent! Their website says: "Home cooking. Just way better" and that's the perfect way to describe it! Atmosphere was so fun, and the staff was efficient and polite.
I go to Dave’s at least like three times a week the food here is so good the workers are AMAZING. Today I went and my card was not working and the cashier Billy payed for my food. BLESS HIS SOUL 🥺💗 This will always be a place I go to give business!
Unfortunately I have only ate at Dave’s for breakfast and have never been disappointed! There prices are amazingly affordable and their portions are large. I find that this is my go to spot when I want a filling hot meal especially on a cold day. The staff are alway nice and the food comes fast.
I thought that this was an above average eatery with quick service and great options for a classic deli lunch. It is close to the convention center and one of the better bang-for-your-buck locations in this part of Minneapolis!
Fun place in the skyway. Ordered chicken and got a burger...burger was good. Ha. More than enough food. Very fast service.
