Just wanted to say thank you to the manager for going above and beyond! I came for a coffee before school and found that I had forgotten my phone charger. The manager kindly borrowed me his personal phone charger and I am very grateful for his kindness!! Will be returning for more early morning coffee for sure!!
Jose the cashier (12:20/7-28-23) provided the best experience that I’ve ever had at McDonalds. The fries and hamburgers were hot. He provided a welcoming environment. Was very respectful and a very hard worker. Will definitely be coming back to this McDonald’s in the future.
Love the associates warm hearts. I come in for two items and I combined the flavors.... corporate needs to hear my idea, for menu...Ambassador????-KH
Very clean and welcoming environment here. They don't make you wait at the register waiting for help ordering like other restaurants do. Here, they are very fast and want to help you.
I enjoy eating breakfast 🥞🍳, 🤤. Thank you 👍 workers 😃😀 for being available for the good customer service and taste ☺️ food.
For the most part it was okay. I did have to go to the counter a few times and trying to get someone's attention was terrible. The manager was running around sort of frantic. Play area was clean-ish, but they were actively cleaning the whole time we were there
🌼every time I come to this location, i am greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. there are two employees that stand out from the rest. the lovely lady who works the register during lunch rush and the kind gentleman who does table service and makes sure everyone is pleased with their order and much more. I wish I had their names! food is fresh, happy expressions are guaranteed and the restaurant although busy is run like a tight ship. I would go out of my way to eat or just hydrate at this McDonald's 🌼
The workers are dope, food was good for mcdonalds, and food came out fast!

They have roaches. It came out to greet me when I went for a soda refill after I finished eating.
This McDonald's is usually top-notch but the drive-thru left a bad taste in my mouth today. The service was quick/great but I overheard an employee calling another employee "dumb" instead of helping him. The guy who got called dumb told the other employee to not call him dumb while remaining professional and keeping his composure. Also, my Big Mac is all messed up. Bottom bun in the middle, middle bun on the the bottom. That employee left a bad taste in my mouth. Nobody should have to work with someone that brings the team down. This occurred about 20 mins ago. 5 stars for consistency... someone needs to get the bad employee out. I'm not trying to watch someone get degraded on such a beautiful day.
