This is by far my favorite location to go to I’d rather come here than the newer one that’s about a quarter mile away or less. I always have a pleasant experience here and usually recognize some of the regular staff members there. However, I wasn’t as pleased today after work than I usually am. I ordered a drink for me and my boyfriend and he doesn’t usually go to Dutch so he doesn’t know what to get so I ordered for him and I asked a staff member once I got to the window if they can change one of the drinks because I ended up getting something he didn’t like and the girl (who I’ve never seen before I’m guessing is new) she was rude and made an upset face when I asked her. I’m usually used to the employees being always cheerful and wondering what we’re up too and always sparking up a conversation while they wait for the barista to finish making the drink. Which I get it when it’s late afternoon and there’s a rush sometimes you don’t always want to deal with difficulties in customers. She insisted on keeping the order the way it originally was and I didn’t want to pay for a drink that my bf didn’t really want. Usually the employees ask if you like the drink when trying something new and if there’s something wrong they always have no problems at all with fixing the order.
I don't usually eat here so I couldn't rate the food but the people are always really nice,friendly and pretty fast since there's always some type of line. The coffees are delicious and the price is pretty good too ! I get a Dub shot espresso with almond milk and honey over ice . Always good!.😊
I got the Hyperchrome iced Rebel and it was fantastic!!! The service is always unbeatable and I love how friendly the baristas are.
First time going and will come back again and again. Drinks were good, employees made it better. They asked how my day was going while I waited for my drinks to be made and held a little conversation. Nothing like you'd get back east.
This Dutch Bros has just the nicest employees. They could tell I was super upset and went out of the way to be sweet to get me to talk to them, in the end they gave me my coffee for free and offered me hugs. This particular store found so many genuinely nice people. Most people are cold hearted but these kids are amazing. I pray they stay so genuine and loving. Thanks for everything guys you are appreciated.
You definitely can’t go wrong with Dutch brothers any other coffee’s shakes or anything else I finally realized how great this place must be if there’s always a giant line waiting to get something in their drive-through. Definitely worth the wait.
This Dutch Bros rocks! It's the original to Mesa and I will continue to go here even though there's a new one quarter of a mile down the road. People here are pretty cool!
Dutch Brose rocks! Great service! The coffee is good too! Seriously though they take coffee to the next level. I really appreciate how all the employees make you feel right at home. Whoever does their recruiting should get a raise. Thank you for coffee that really puts a pep in my step.
Just wanted to add one more thing. I’ve never have a bad experience here. I’ve also been coming here for years.
Fast friendly and a trinket walk that really makes this place a lil jewel. Some have said a wall of trash but i disagree. I think it shows character

Love the caramelizer! Ice and blended is so good!
The captain crunch frost is good as well. Especially for kids.
