I ordered the meatball sandwich. The temperature was great! The flavor was good. The customer service was on point. And the lobby was clean.
I've eaten here a few times service is always friendly food is always good my favorite is the off the hook tuna salad sub.

So far so good! Walked into the store, it was fairly empty, there was a nice old lady that took out order who was very sweet. She let us know everything we needed and was sure to make sure that we got our cups and that she had our name for our order right* (*I always do ATM, cuz those are my initials*) and she didnt know if I meant atom or AutomatedTellerMachine...😂 the food here is sorta expensive (30$ for two large combos) but...The place was very clean, the chips were stocked, the drink area was clean, they made sure to give us our pickles and even though it was dead they had 2 TVs on for us to watch to enjoy. They were fast and she even brought the food to our table, it was hot and fresh and well presented. I'd bring anyone here to show them that FireHouse Subs is Awesome and tasty!

My husband was getting a haircut at the barbershop in the same stripmall complex; I stepped inside the Firehouse Subs to wait (summer in Arizona); I planned on getting a small drink as I was waiting. They ended up giving me a complimentary drink! I really appreciate the service and the people working! Thank you!

Always the Best.....employees sometimes act like they are Not so happy to see customers. But at the right time on the right day you can get a great attitude. Lol
We get a toasted bacon turkey sub here. When the wife says, "I don't want to cook." And neither do I.
Love this place. Mother is nursing home and always want's her sandwiches cut a special way and I never have a problem getting anyone to do it for me. Makes her happy and brightens her day. 🫶
Aaron is absolutely phenomenal! Great customer service and amazing attention to detail we truly appreciate this location for everything they did to make our experience a great one. It was my daughters 6th bday party and we needed 2 premium sub platters for her party at 2pm today and thanks to this amazing team we were able to make my child happy! Thank you all so very much.
