I went to this location on the way the way to University of Memphis on a Saturday. While the drive-thru was busy, the inside seemed to be running really well. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed a lot of boxes in the way of the transaction counter and there was an order build up at the counter. Those two things could have had various reasons of the happenings but it was important to note for logistics. I ordered a hot beverage and toasted bagel and both were to my liking. I will visit this location again for sure.
I can't stand the nice nasty girl tall black with glasses very obvious that she gets irritated if u modify an order but they always do it right the Manger is the same way but she takes care if me I just know she curses wen I leave but its over all my favorite starbucks
Ordered ahead for in-store pickup. Always ready in the 10 minutes it takes for me to get there. Quick and easy.
Great location! Very friendly staff and management. They made my drink perfectly and were very nice! Had good conversations, not a long wait, and it’s got lots of room to hangout! Definitely will be going back there and people should get a Starbucks Reward app to save even more money on their daily coffee!
I'm not a big coffee or tea drinker but when I have to pickup order from this Starbucks, the employees are always nice! Very laid-back atmosphere & its always peaceful & great vibe in this store. This is a great place to socialize & maybe get some computer work done. I highly recommend 👌🏾
Comfortable, friendly and efficient. This location struggled for years but seems to have found it stride in new management. I have frequented this location for 7 years and have never felt more comfortable than now being there. They say to hello to you when you come in and they remember your name; the Starbucks standard I love. Thanks.
My egg bites were fresh and hot, my frapp was just right. I used gift cards I received as gifts and not sure if it was intentional but when I got to the 3rd gift card I'm pretty sure the cashier in the drive thru slightly snatched the card. They ended the order with a smile but I'm pretty sure they were annoyed with me...
Very nice helpful and good listeners. I have allergies and rarely eat or drink fast food. The nice lady took time to understand my needs and personally came up with a drink for me. Also got first pup cup for my dog.
