This location must have new management because it is so much better. The attentiveness and speed of service has improved tremendously. I had given up on this location because it had gotten so... Unpleasant. I ran in last week out of sheer convenience, bracing myself to be annoyed, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both ladies greeted me with a smile and my order was ready on time (and accurate). I went in again today and sure enough, it was a nice experience. I'm hopeful this will be consistent.
I definitely enjoyed the food and the hospitality that was shown when I walked through the door. The attention to my order was a welcomed feel of southern comfort and cozy enough to sit back and eat right there.
I am very pleased with the staff change at this location. I’m a frequent eater of the Chicken Philly but recently in the last months I haven’t been due to the dryness and lack of taste. However, the chef named Steve at this location completely changed the game with the sandwich. It was cooked perfectly with a lot of moisture and superb seasoning. The man deserves a raise because about 10 of my friends stopped eating here due to horrible experiences but will be returning soon.
Update: Decided to go on a Sunday when Steve wasn’t here and the sandwich cooked by the other chef was horrible. Dried and no taste at all. Steve needs to teach the other chefs how to cook a Philly as well as he does.
Update: Steve and Marcus are the only two chefs who know how to properly make a Philly sandwich. Fantastic as always.
The whole atmosphere and the cashier and cook are the best. Like everyone vibe just amazing and when you walk in it’s a peaceful place.

I Ordered The 7' Turkey Sub W/ Extra Provolone..Mayo,Bell Peppers, Tomatoes And Bacon..Delish!!
I'm given a good review, because I went on BOGO free day. I still was dissatisfied with my Chicken Philly sandwich. The meat was dry and it was very sloppy. Overall this is my favorite Lenny's and I guess they were short staffed.
Nae was the best lennys employee i have encountered.
I like Lenny's a lot but this location stands head and shoulders above all others. Great service and fantastic sandwiches.
Shanika, took my order. She was great, politely asked that I take the online service. All she really did, was her job. It seems tough to find people like her these days. Especially where we live. Memphis, TN. As if a cloud of negativity looms above our city. It's all I know of my 44yrs here. I always have hope for Memphis, and Memphians.
