I have always had nothing but positive experiences with the staff here in the last year and a half. I always ask how their day is going, and they seem delighted to have someone actually ask them about themselves. We always have a nice conversation when I go through the lThe food is always delicious and made perfectly with whatever modifications I like to make. Their hazelnut vanilla brew is the best coffee on campus!! Thanks for being awesome, Einstein Bros!!
I love this Einstein’s, and everyone I know loves it too. The workers are awesome and my food is always ready early or on time. The food here is great and all the options are awesome. I’ve been at UofL two years now, and everyone that works here has been consistently amazing.
I LOVEEEE Einsteins so much! I eat here almost every day and get a large chai latte. The people working at Einsteins are some of the nicest and most welcoming people ever! They make me feel so welcomed and make my day even better. I usually get the turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwhich which is delicious! They also have really good pizza bagels! Highly recommend!
I love this place! The orders go out quick! I have had a couple weird moments where I've ordered a cold brew and everything looked good until I took a sip and my caramel "cold brew" was hot... but it's all good, we all make mistakes sometimes. ♥
First visit and I will be going back. I purchased a hash brown bagel with turkey sausage and egg plus a strawberry banana smoothie. This meal was delicious!

They're pretty slow around rush times, so don't go if you have to get to class anytime soon - can take 1/2 hour or more to get your food if you go around lunchtime. I love the menu options, and the lattes are great, but the slowness and the fact that when they're hurrying, they cut corners, makes this a less-than-ideal experience. Go when they're not busy, though, and I recommend them highly.
This place has a steady level of business and depending on the time of day, you may have to stand in line for awhile, but the food is good. They do experience difficulties every now and then (for a week the toaster didn't work, for instance) and the staff can be stressed at times, but it's a good gig. Coffee is alright, the honey butter is solid. Overall, I have pleasant experiences here and recommend it.
It's a nice campus spot. Very quick service and you wont be waiting longer than 20 minutes total. The staff are very friendly and rarely is an order ever wrong. I like coming in and getting a bagel between classes.
Good bagels! The drinks are all really good too. Service is good as long as you smile at them. Really nice people. Sometimes a machine is down, but they are usually pretty apologetic and try to fix it asap. I have not been disappointed.
A nice place for morning coffee and bagel. I really love their bagels with the omelette. The line can be very long in the morning, so get in line first thing you do. Don't recommend the coffee though; it is mostly flavored which, for me, takes the effect of the caffeine. With the same price of coffee there you can get the same size from *$$$.
