I've had friendlier service. I work at a McDonald's so I know how to treat a fellow worker and how I should be treated as a customer. A person cant let whatever is going.on at home, the fact they hate their job or what the last customer(s) said or did to make them mad effect their entire day or trickle down to the other customers.
Food absolutely delicious 😋 and the service was fast. Exactly what me and my hungry one year old needed after a stressful day shopping at Walmart.
Good Service. Can't complain. Just
Wanted to dine in but they had the booth area blocked along with most of the parking spaces. Also we looked at the menu and I started ordering for myself and my cousin. After I ordered the menu changed to the afternoon food and she made me reorder. As I stated we were going to eat inside but they had the booths and table area blocked, so after getting the meals (I made a special order on my cheeseburgers and of course it was wrong), we went to eat sitting in the handicap spot. Three minutes later the manager came out and told us to move because the truck was pulling up. Apparently we weren't moving fast enough, she came right back to us not a minute later and had a fit but we told her we were packing back up our food. Remember I told you that they had most of the spots blocked? Yeah for the truck plus they needed more room for it. Not happy.
I understand people get frustrated because there’s a wait sometimes, but it’s like that at every other fast food chain now. I honestly don’t mind waiting a little for fresh fries. Like 9/10 times their fries are cooked like they’re supposed to be. Many other McDonald’s undercook their fries, which makes them a nasty, mushy mess. I think most of the time the people who work here do the best they can.
