I've always been hesitant to eat here because the place is always dead. I was initially shocked because a mushroom and Swiss burger combo was about $10... However the Burger was in a box wrapped in paper, bun was toasted, their burgers rival most sit down restaurants in my opinion. This location however is very old and ran down, definitely needs remodeled.
Got the El diablo Burger. It was okay but the bread was a little stale. Employees were nice, the place was clean and the food was out fast.
Food was great. We missed the breakfast but they had great breakfast deals. We were the only person at the counter. The cashier was counting her drawer. The Manager apologized for the wait saying it would be just a minute. He gave us free drinks while we waited. (Not long). Amazing customer service. And how things used to be when a business appreciated their customers.
We all need to understand what we expect. Fast food is not mom's home cooking. I have lived and or visited 14 different states. The choice of food received from all the Hardee's. Was desirable to me. Slow service is not so bad, if your food is good. 👍👍👍👌

I have used the drive-thru as well as going inside to order. There was a bit of a wait for both services, but well worth it because my food was not prepared until ordered. I don't mind waiting for hot and fresh. Oh yeah, and delicious.
Clean seating area, service friendly, food hot, most of the food had a good taste and portions were adequate for price. The Cookie stopped the 5 star rating. Cookie that came with meal was to hard to eat and tasted old. Trashed the cook.
Awesome food at a great price. They will make any of their items "low carb" if you ask for it. They give a military discount and EVERYTHING is made after it's ordered, not sitting under a hot lamp like most places!!!
Great menu for breakfast and dinner. The food's tasty, but not always right. When they get it wrong, though, it's usually either in my favor, or it's at least comical. For instance, I order two sausage/egg/cheese biscuits for breakfast/lunch on my way to work. I eat one in the car; perfectly normal. I break out the other for lunch and it's a sliced summer sausage on a biscuit. Now how, on an order that was literally just [S/E/C]x2, they managed to screw that one up and still... kinda' get it right... is beyond me. Was pretty funny though.
Stopped in to try their grilled fish sandwich (which is very good... I hope it stays on the menu). Service was prompt and friendly, dining area very clean, and food was very good. I haven't visited a Hardee's in a long time. I'm glad I did and I think I will again.
It's fast food, but it's about the freshest and best quality fast food you could buy. Really tastes like a burger you'd make on the grill and the fries are always fresh and hot! Like I said, it's fast food, but it's pretty hard to beat. 👍🏼
