Eating lobster and beer needs to be the new food combo that everyone craves. It just works and everyone needs to try this at least once in their lives. My girlfriend and I got the Maine Lobster roll, fries, and the clam chowder (cup). Though not the best I've tried, all of them were solid and I would happily eat more if I could. They also have a huge amount of beer and alcohol selections to choose from. I'm not sure if the structure parking is free, but I was able to find ample street parking for free. Overall, Lobster & Beer is a great joint with a friendly environment and I would easily come back if I'm ever in the area again.

One of those "neighborhood discoveries" that looks like a tiny patio right on Motor Avenue (easy street parking). Inside is a buzzing, darkish, rustic tavern with a throw-back, friendly bar staff. I notice that the owner also answers all notices on social media. Matron foodie friends rave about this place and it seems to draw a diverse crowd. There was a steady flow of customers picking up orders the entire time I was there to order and pick-up well before dinner hour. The lobster roll and crab roll are very good, stuffed inside toasted authentic sandwich roll bread, that is not easy to get on the west coast. A good place with an easy ambiance to meet up with people if you would not rather eat seafood out on the water.

Best place ever. Customer service level 3000. The lobster and crab rolls are extremely reasonably priced considering how difficult it is to get fresh seafood. I have paid $40 a roll for the same thing in Dallas. The happy hour menu is such a steal but we like to come for dinner too. I’m not from the east coast but I bet this would taste like home to someone who is. Nothing like a warm lobster roll. Also, the loyalty program is actually worth it. We almost always get a discount when we come in with our points. Not super common. Love lobster and beer!! ❤️

The lobster roll is really good, the seafood combo is great espically that lobster after you dip it in butter. The place kind of feels like a sports bar with the high top tables. The people working were great!

We went for a late lunch with our dog. They were super nice about it and even offered a water bowl for the dog. We ordered two Connecticut Lobster Rolls with the extra knuckle meat—for an additional $15. That’s right! We paid $36 for each sandwich. It is not inexpensive. But it was delicious. Every buttery, warm, and soft bite was amazing. Lobster tender and the bread to lobster ratio was incredible. I don’t think the lobster roll would have been nearly as good if we didn’t pay for double the meat. Will def be going back when I want to spoil myself with a $36 sandwich.

While this place was absolutely delicious, it was on the pricier side as expected though since you’re getting lobster after all. One thing to note, they have great service whether you’re there to do take out or dine in. Quality of food was top notch though. They don’t skimp on the lobster if that’s your concern! I went with their Connecticut (warmed on a soft brioche bun) & a side of fries which definitely hit the spot! I recommend eating in person if you order fries though since they got soggy by the time I got home

Happy Hour Monday thru Friday until about 7 pm! Not a bad place to get a lobster fix and some good drinks! You can order on their app or at the register. For my meal, I got the Paloma Cocktail to start. It was really refreshing and strong. For my food, I tried the Lobster Tacos and Lobster Grilled Cheese. Between the two, the Lobster Grilled Cheese was my favorite. It was like elevated comfort food and the tomato soup was the perfect pairing! The tacos were yummy too, but not as filling. It was a quick visit, but I'll swing back to try out more lobster goodies! I saw their Lobster Roll and it looked prime. Definitely on my list!!
