The service is supreme and the atmosphere is perfect. They accommodate your needs with a smile. Handicapped friendly. A very relaxing meal. 5-10- 17 back again and even with a special going on it was an excellent meal. Service and atmosphere was perfect. The chef Leo nails my preference every time. The best managed Ruby of all. Thank you.
I had visited Ruby Tuesday several times a few years ago and simply didn't care for the quality of the food. My wife talked me into trying it again, "it's much better now", so I did. She was right! With a new menu and a more welcoming staff the dining experience is much, much improved. We've been back a few times now and have not been disappointed!!! Management or Corporate must have recognized a problem existed because every location we have been to has improved.GREAT casual dining at very reasonable prices.
Food was awesome. Salad bar! Great service. Some items came out over done but waitress was understanding and corrected immediately and manager insisted on making it right! Overall excellent experience! And they were super busy too
We stopped in late after a gig it was 9:45. They were almost closing and the staff was really nice to us. We felt bad for keeping them but we were starving. The salad bar looked beautiful btw.

Excellent service, friendly staff and very clean! Great family atmosphere. We love the salad bar its always filled with fresh lettuce, salads and veggies. Definitely recommend going here for a great meal.
The menu didn't have flatbread options like the airport location did. So I was stuck ordering the pasta with tomato basil sauce off of the kids menu. It was pretty good/average though, but if they'd had made their dishes fresh or had better pasta options on the menu, then I wouldn't have had to resort to the children's menu.
