I had a group of 16-20, which became a group of 24. A mix up of groups, (both named Jeff, and both bowling groups) caused a bit of confusion, but only briefly. The front desk and GM snapped to attention, after a brief reconnoiter, set up for us quickly in another room. Amazing staff, amazing general manager - we were super impressed. A couple minutes extra wait.
Ordering and paying was done with multiple checks (always a pain for wait staff), but our two employees took it in stride, with joyful attitudes, smiles on their faces, with alacrity and professionalism.
Great service with our cake and candles delivery, with forks and small plates. I made the birthday girl her favorite cake, and we all passed, for a quick distribution.
Guests mentioned their food was tasty and delicious, with substantial portions.
I have never had a group reservation and service go better. Perfect evening.
I would HIGHLY recommend the Lakewood OG for a big group. Amazing service.

food was yummers!! madre said they are not skimpy on the food, aunt gave a head nod, and she destroyed two bowls of the vegan soup, server collin was the best, and atmosphere was lit 🔥🔥

Good tasted just like I remembered.
This was my first time but it was wroth it. The waiters are kind and I got lunch chicken and bread stick were good.
The food was delicious. The ravioli carbonara was 👌👌👌
DI-VINE and the chicken, that our lovely server Thomas recommended was absolutely TO DIE FOR. Would go back just to see this lovely young man again. He was so sweet we'll be seeing him again Friday on his next shift to give him a little extra pocket money hope he doesn't spend it all in one place!

But I have a question, since when did they stop giving correct change.. this is the 2nd time when I paid in cash and never got the change..

But the service next to us was outstanding. At the end of the meal I had to ask the table next to us what their waitress name was but he forgot. So at the end I had to ask her. Her name is ZOE.
If you go to Olive garden in Lakewood, ask for Zoe. She was awesome and I dont say that often. She went above and beyond her duties. She was patient, polite, tried to accommodate an indecisive young girl, and took about 3 trips to get them the best deal on the food she wanted. It was so nice to hear her explain the different options in the food and then come back and say you get more bang for your buck doing it this way. I would say give her a raise. She even grabbed the dirty dishes from my table( and shot glass) while they sung Happy birthday to my son. Might only go back if she is working and wait for how ever long to sit in her section. It was so refreshing to hear someone actually give outstanding service and care about her customers. Thank you ZOE...
My husband and I came here for a date night tonight and we’ve always had good service here but tonight it was especially great! Our server was Lexi and not only was she very sweet but also very attentive. She hit all the points of service including offering us dessert. We got the tiramisu and she even gave me extra mints. We will definitely be coming back and I hope to get her as my server again 😊 also on a side note, her super long hair is so pretty!

1st Time I have ever eaten at an Olive Garden. I didn't know what to expect. I was thinking overhyped chain restaurant going in, but by the time I left I was really surprised. The inside is pretty cool. Not like other restaurants where its just a restaurant. It's themed for Italy. Just walking in it felt kinda fancy. Was told a 10 min wait but we waited maybe 2 mins.
I didn't know what most of the stuff on the menu was but I got the chicken alfredo and it was hands down some of the best food I've had. The chicken was fantastic the sauce was great. Our server was also great. Spoke a little quite but was great. Very attentive and nice. What my ideal waiter would be.
You pay at the table on little machines which was actually neat and I loved I didn't have to wait for someone to take my check or bring it. Saved alot of time. They also have games on them for kids (or adults) to play. I believe you can order food from them as well. Food was on the high side. 20$ plus a person easily. But I couldn't eat all the food I had and I feel it was worth it.
Overall I was blown away by the place and never imagined it to be the way it was. I was very impressed and would highly recommend it. Definitely made a fan out of me. Glad we went here instead of the Chinese buffet.
Well I hadn’t been to Olive Garden in years, so when I passed it in Lakewood on a weekend away, I had to go. I was seated immediately and got served as fast. Julia K was my server and…WoW was she fabulous!!! Very friendly. Very efficient. In fact, I couldn’t find any fault in her service. The food was better than expected as well. I tipped 50%!
I was seated right next to the entrance, so it was a little noisy. Not a big issue.
General Manager: Julia K deserves special recognition for her service and more so for friendly attitude.
I hope to be back!
