I've never had more moist gluten free bread than this!! Love the cupcakes and pepperoni rolls too!!
The other reviews mentioned that their bakery case is half full, or a small selection available. I’ve seen it that way but also with a lot of items. This is a small family business. It’s not going to have a lot of bakery items like other big bakeries. So I call before going, to see what they have that day. They will put it aside for you. Also, they’ve mentioned some items they keep in the freezer and due to baking or filling orders they don’t always restock the shelves. So just ask. That’s what happened to me today. Again it’s a small mother and daughter family business. We want to keep them in business because there are dedicated gluten-free bakery. The pineapple upside down cake is absolutely positively delicious!! That is the whole reason I actually drove 25 minutes to get there :-)
It is not easy to find a bakery that makes really good gluten free desserts and they nailed it!! We bought an assortment of things to try...cupcakes, brownie, cinnamon bars, cinnamon rolls. Everything was amazing!!! I loved the espresso cupcake!!!!
We went to Bouche Bakery for my birthday cake. I have Celiac disease, so everything must be gluten free. My husband had ordered an angel food cake from them (it's my favorite!). We met the owner's ... very sweet people. The two ladies have their own issues with gluten, so they are very aware of what ingredients can and can't be used.
The angel food cake was so good! Couldn't tell a difference between the gluten free they made and the 'regular' angel food cakes I've had in the past. We also had a few other things because, well, who can resist? The French bread was very good and the ciabatta bread was awesome! Both disappeared very fast!
Definitely try this place! We'll be going back ... it's 5 stars for us!!
These gals make their baked good so yummy. Tarts, cheesecake, cupcakes, meringues!
And you'd never guess they are gluten free.
Heck, once you taste it you probably won't BELIEVE it's gluten free!
Nothing quite as nice as fresh baked bread and cinnamon rolls. For a dedicated gluten free bakery it's a wonderful treat. I love the rye bread, and everything is reasonably priced.
Great pepperoni bread and french bread! I'm so excited to have found a dedicated-GF bakery so close to me. The skeleton-shaped glazed chocolate cake was one of the best GF desserts I've ever had.
