You were extremely professional about having made an error on our order and quickly rectified it by delivering a replacement pizza. I believe this was the first time EVER that our order was not 100% perfect - and you went out of your way to make it the best. Your crust is crispy and flavorful (especially with the "Hut Favorite" added to it), your sauce is flavorful and not too sweet, and you are generous with your toppings. All for a reasonable price and a fun "rewards" program. We love our Pizza Hut.

The branch made an effort to reach out to inform me that they were out a requested topping and whether I wanted to choose something else. The delivery time was also quick.
