Today I was in Lafayette and stopped at Pepe’s Mexican restaurant. I have heard good things about this restaurant. The staff was very friendly. I was seated pretty quickly and my order taken quickly as well. I didn’t have to wait long for my order. The food was really good. I had the chicken and shrimp fajitas. The chips and salsa were very good as well. I really appreciated that the salsa was not t spicy. My waitress Jordan was very good and efficient. She kept checking to see if very thing was ok and if I needed anything else. I highly recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere is very calm and payed back.

Haven't been here in years. Just never thought it was as good as others in town. Stopped in Sunday about 3pm because we were at the mall. Sat in the bar. Everything was great. Server was fun and efficient. Drinks were delicious. Food was better than I remembered. The decor is nicer than most Mexican in Lafayette. Pleasant surprise. Will put it back on the list of restaurants we frequent. Recommended.
