If you love Indian food and are within 30 miles of this place...go. Actually, make that 60 miles. Our family eats (and cooks) a lot of Indian food. This is some of the best we've had. Honestly, not the greatest atmosphere, simple and clean. But the food is incredible. Great service. Order the chicken Methi Malai; you can thank me later. The Naan alone is worth the meal. Highly recommended.
Well, it was a fantastic meal purchased for me by my old and good friend Russell. We began with poppadoms and dips - very tasty I must say. I then had a beef jalfrezi and mushroom rice. A wise choice on my part as I have a delicate stomach.
The food was excellently prepared by the restaurant's own dedicated team of accomplished chefs to my exacting requirements and was just how I liked it. One of the best jalfrezis I have ever tasted. We washed the lot down with copious amounts of cool lager beer. Russell would not let me put a hand in my pocket once - he is so generous!! The restaurant is very comfortable, clean and well tuned out with a polite and friendly staff. I will definitely allow Russell to treat me to another meal there, any time he likes.
Great stop if you are an Indian food fan! Everything we ordered was excellent! Very friendly staff. Forgot to get a good picture of the appetizer before we tore it apart. Also, they served us a pickeled onion and a mint dip before the order was even taken. Pretty good was a big fan of the onion.
The food was delicious and the staff polite. The place was quiet and they had some music playing. HOWEVER be careful as they did add a 20% tip AFTER we paid and left the store. This is on top of a 20% tip left in cash. Either order it for delivery or pay cash is my recommendation.
My son and I stopped in by chance for something different. We were instantly greeted and everyone was kind, welcoming and went above and beyond. The food was delicious and was out quickly. This place is a hidden gem. I would come back again and again! Thank you for such kind and courteous service and a delicious meal. We will definitely return.
The smells were amazing. The food was tasty. Everything was fresh. It's definitely a repeat experience for me. A little bit pricier than I expected but I don't mind because the food was very tasty. My only concern or my only downfall was when they serve the butter chicken. It's a very small amount. Other than that, make sure you try the biryani.
This is my new favorite place in Orlando. Everything was delicious from. The Aloo Gobi to the garlic naan to the chutney and the samosas.
Taste of Punjab is one of the best Indian restaurants in Orlando/Kissimmee. The food was very tasty and delicious !!!. No complaints at all. The staff is very polite and friendly. Service was excellent and it was very quick. The atmosphere, ambience and decoration is very good. We liked the food and enjoyed the Indian music as well !! They also served complimentary namkeen with the food which was very good and I have not experienced this before at any other Indian restaurant in the US. Overall, it was an amazing experience for me and my family ! It is a must go place for Indian food. We will surely come back again.
One of the best Indian food restaurants I've ever been to! Absolutely delicious and tasty as it could get! So impressed with the naan. Could've been much better if they had a few more options in the menu for vegetarian entrees!
They served us with free wafers and Indian style spicy juicy chutney. The food was amazing. We tried chicken saag and mutton masala. It was really good. Service was on time
Unfortunately the food looked and smelt so good that before we even realized it, we were stuffing our faces and forgot to get any pictures. This place is an absolute must if you enjoy Indian cuisine, it is one of the best we've had in a while. Decent portion sizes and they weren't skimpy on the meat (I've been to restaurants before where they mainly just give you sauce, so this was refreshing). Staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place and will be back the next time we are in the area.
This restaurant is one of a kind. Exceptional food with precise and layered flavor structures representing an array of Indian Cuisines. Everything is very, very fresh. The staff are amazingly friendly, kind, and helpful. You will be glad you came here and will come back again and again. I know I’ll be back! Don’t miss a fantastic place like this.
