The last time I was here was 15 years ago, nothing has changed with the indoor water park. This a fun place and my young kids love it. Older kids may get bored with the indoor water park here at this Great Wolf Lodge. What is great at this one is the tube return. Also glad that Great Wolf Lodge has changed to the wrist bands that are able to open doors, pay, and buy things with it. Very handy.

That was the best time me and my kids have ever had. The staff super friendly and the amenities were great. We had the pup passes and that really made the trip with the items we could do with it. There was this guy at the front desk I did not catch his name. He helped us find pizza when we missed the cut off for dinner. He was a rather larger guy with blond or strawberry blondish hair and a beard he works front desk. He was awesome so friendly, customer service is definitely his strong point. I would suggest keeping the dining area open a bit more for people unable to fit it all in by 10:00 but that is small compared to the fun we had. We are already planning our next trip.

Truly blown away by all this place has to offer and the way they still strive to accommodate guests! From the wrist band that gets you into your room all the way to the constant schedule of activities to keep the kids entertained. And it’s not just place for kids to enjoy and the adults have to sacrifice. This place just as nice compared to any similar priced hotels! The rooms are big, well decorated and clean. The TV was bigger than most hotels Ive stayed in. The water park is also cleaner and better organized than I was expecting. To be fair we visited during winter break, during COVID so I’m sure it’s not anywhere near as busy as usual. I’d highly recommend anyone with kids visit this place even if it’s just an overnight trip. Just be sure to select a late checkout so you can get everything in!

Went in the middle of the week, in January, with Covid-19 still in swing. They did a wonderful job with maintaining guidelines.  Signs were placed everywhere, 1 "pack" (family/group) in elevator at a time, reminders to social distance, markers on the floors everywhere, sanitizer stations and enough masks to go around.  They also enforced mask rules and even enforced correct mask wearing.  IE.  Cover your nose.  I saw this multiple times throughout the resort, and was even asked to wear a mask in the water park while not in water.  However, rules on mask wearing were much more relaxed inside the water park. Check in, check out, and service was all top notch and up to par.  The service was truly amazing.  Everyone was super friendly and accomodating!  Tons of activities for the kids, almost too many!  Always something going on in the lobby, yoga, crafts, dance parties, story times. Paw Pass got us build a bear, arcade, ice cream, candy, and a shirt at the gift shop, and then some.  Beware, though, the older woman who works the candy store is "friendly;"  She talked a lot and a line piled up while she was helping us. Our 3 year old had a blast, though!  She loved the kid club bunk beds and all the activities.  The room was decent but did show it's age in places.  The whole place did, but it was easily overlooked by how how much fun my kid was having. Bathrooms and kitchen ares were clean, bed and sheets were decent.  However I noticed the walls in the kids beds were pretty dirty and somewhat gross. I covered it up with some extra bedding, but it was worrisome.  Last negative was the food, over priced, which was expected, but it was just bad.  Did not even looked liked they tried.  I would suggest packing food if you want to spend less on dinning, or leaving the property to get your money's worth.  Next time we'll probably reconsider our timeline and allow for dining options off the resort, since there are so many near by the area, and spend the food passes on beer and snacks.  The food passes were truly worth it, we calculated we saved about 80 dollars with a 200 dollar pass.  Lastly, the coffee shop in the morning is hit or miss.  They offer some Starbucks options, but one morning a person knew what they were doing, and the next morning there wasn't.  They were nice enough to remake and refund my coffee, and all was well in the world. All in all a wonderfully great time.  The people and staff that worked there were truly the best!  I cannot say enough nice things about them.  Thank you again for making my family feel extra special in such weird times!

Brought the family and had a great time. We spent 3 days at the resort, enjoying the water park and all the other activities. The water park was great, and not too busy. Magic quest was fun but can be a bit buggy at times but the staff working in the magic quest shop was very helpful. The kitchen that serves pizza has gluten free options which was great. The mini golf course was a bit run down but playable. All in all it was a great trip!

Went for my first time recently with my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. The staff were really nice and people were wearing masks when and where required. It was a great time and we did all the water activities including the water slides. Great family fun!

It was a nice getaway from the abnormal Christmas 2020. I recommend the Magi Quest, with 4 kids we did two teams and it worked out well with team building as a family. Have 4 hours minimum blocked for it. Swimming was great and safe. They focused on cleaning and the bathrooms had been remodeled since we were there in 2018.

I can't say enough good things about Great Wolf Lodge. Amazing facility. Incredible staff, smart, friendly, compassionate, caring. Parking is extremely convenient no matter where your room is. Plenty of activities to do in the area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I could go on and on. Just an overall wonderful family experience at Great Wolf Lodge!!!
