Pros:
1) Varied menu
2) Tasty food
3) Not too expensive
4) Lots of seating
Cons:
1) Inefficient - there were a good five employees working, but something caused a fairly massive backup in the customer line. Not sure if training new employees or something
2) Sad soggy (but tasty) fries
3) Felt sort of dirty (crusted urine in the restrooms, dirty screens near the meat)
Conjecture:
-) Based on previous reviews compared to my experience, I’m thinking there was a number of poor employees laid off around November 2021, and they’re now training new employees (hence the inefficiency)

Picked up some really great Cheesesteaks here! Just might be the best in KC! Restaurant was clean with great photos on the walls! Customer service was outstanding.
It was amazing I was very impressed and the people working there are very professional and polite. It was very clean inside the dining area
Food is good. The price is a little high but seems to be worth it.
The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal .

Pepper Jack Grill was pretty good. A little expensive. Definitely should try it if you have not tried already. I would go back!
First time here was 8-2-19 in the evening... food was great. But the staff was fantastic!! They were polite, professional and attentive. The 2 young men and lady showed strong team work! Just the way they spoke to each other showed they not only take care of their customers but each other as well. In today's society this is very rare! We will be back thanks to a great first visit! Fantastic job you all!!
The food was delicious! The entire crew did an outstanding job! We had a minor malfunction but it was handled beautifully! My thanks to everyone.

The bread seemed like it was fresh made. The Philly steak was delicious! Spicy ranch was super good. I didn't order a Philly steak. I ordered a Philly Reuben. But still. Yum!
I absolutely love the food this place makes! They have some of the best meat and best cooking I have ever found in a fast food place.
That being said, this location is ALWAYS understaffed and the staff that are present have little to no concept of putting the customer's time above their own. Even if you walk in and there's no line already (a rarity itself) you likely still won't make it out with food in less than 20-25 minutes.
Great food, but not worth going unless you're ok with a lot of your time being wasted.
EDIT: Increased from 2 to 5. I have been back numerous times since leaving this review. It has gotten better each time I've gone. While they had issues with being understaffed and getting food out quickly back then, these seem to have been resolved. Love this place!
Lucky for me I was the only person in the place. Along with a couple that came in just right after me. My Philly steak sandwich was cook nice and fresh exactly how I would want it to be. The service was courteous and friendly no qualms, and no problems. Great experience.
