This new Starbucks location is just a few blocks from the old location a couple of blocks away. Only open about 7 months, they have an awesome staff that is not only friendly, but also offer great service. The patio is wonderful on nice days. I love popping in during the work day to the cheerful workers and grabbing a coffee or treat!
Beautiful new Starbucks at 1301 Main in the heart of downtown Kansas City with great food and amazing service. Mallory is so fun and takes great care of customers.
The staff is what makes the experience so positive! I typically stick to my usual order but sometimes I like to mix it up and the team always comes through with a tasty beverage suggestion, like the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso. Kristina makes it the best! They are always willing to help answer questions and it just makes my day to visit them to get my coffee.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I went in there and I wasn’t sure what to order her because she’s four, and they made her a little strawberry drink and it was really sweet.
Was visiting the areas from out of town, enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and kind staff. Drink was made well and the manager Mal was so kind and friendly at the register, I can’t wait to come back to Kansas City again!
Update: below appears to have been growing pains. I recently moved away from the area but by the time I left I feel like the staff would go out of their way to say hello or ask how my drink was. Mel was especially great. Thanks Mel!
Takes forever to get anything here. It’s never as easy as placing a mobile order, walking in, grabbing the drink and leaving. Not once have I been able to just grab and go. Drinks consistently takes 20-40 minutes to make. The folks are nice but honestly just rather deal with someone grumpy if it means I get a drink without having to camp in the lobby while I wait.
