A Kansas City staple just down the street from KU med. No dining inside, so we ordered and ate at a table on the sidewalk. Just yummmmmm!!!! This place never disappoints - meatball sub and a slice were delicious. Oh, and let's not forget the sour cream Apple crumb pie. Such a treat!!
We LOVED this place! As a family of five, it's hard to find a place to eat that makes everyone happy but this place was a home run!!!! We sat where we could watch the pizzas being made. The kiddos loved watching the guys toss the pizza in the air! The pizza was perfectly baked, the crust had a nice crunch yet was chewy on the inside! BEST pizza we've had in a long time! We ended up getting a brownie, red velvet cake and apple pie to go, all were also really good. The staff wasn't very friendly, however the pizza made up for it!
This is good pizza. My friend and I go out of our way for a slice of this, one of life's little pleasures. 🍕
Toppings are good and comes out hot. The portion sizes here are above average as well.
It's always busy, which is a good sign, so plan accordingly.
Stopped in the D'Bronx randomly today for lunch. I have been to the Johnson drive location so I knew what to expect from thier menu. Or I thought so. This D'Bronx location is by far the best in town. The atmosphere is laid back and inviting. The quality of food is WAY better at this one. I had the meatball parmigiana sub and cheesy garlic bread. My husband ordered the Italian sub. Great food. Staff was friendly.
YUMMMMY Carrot cake was awesome and I am PICKY about my Carrot cake. Kinda pricey..Carrots cake...2 large 2 topping pizzas was $60+
Meatball parm...messy to eat, but so worth it. Had a chocolate, vanilla iced shortbread cookie. What a delicious treat!

Now that's what a thin crust pizza should be!! And the Italian style sub was the BOMB!! We live 30+ blocks away but will be back.
Been coming here for years and I have always loved their sausage pizza (a slice is pretty large), their antipasto salad is to die for and had plenty of meat and cheese along with the salad but I can never eat a full one, and finally their sour cream apple pie sounds odd to me but it's absolutely delish! Can be quite crowded so coming at a non meal hour can be better. Parking is a bit difficult but seriously worth it!
Fun place, great pizza and good atmosphere. Two pizza fed 10 people!
